Shawntay G.I rented a trailer in Lansing, MI and intended to drop off at the location in Louisville, KY. On the way to Louisville, I called the location to confirm the drop-off time. I was told on the phone, that no one would be at the location after 4pm but I could still drop the trailer off. I was given instructions to drop the trailer off, take a picture of the equipment, and text those pictures to the number I called. I dropped the trailer off at the location on 7/22/23 at around 5pm. A couple days later, I was called by the Louisville facility, asking when I intended to drop the trailer off. I explained that I had already dropped the trailer off a few days prior, and had followed all the instructions. I then forwarded those pictures to Ellen. I was told that there would be a follow up, however I never heard back. I tried to contact the Louisville facility a few more times, with no luck and no response. It was a confusing and anxious process, because I didn't know if I was going to be held liable for the trailer, when I had followed all the instructions. Better communication from the Louisville facility would have been much appreciated. I received my receipt and this survey a month after the fact. Overall, the process could be improved.

Ended up we had a blown fuse that allowed all of the lights/blinkers to work, except for the running lights. They hung in with us until everything was working correctly & safely. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Amy P.there were no blankets for rent. The employees explained that they often have a difficult time keeping them supplied. Customers often take them on one way trips and they are left with no blankets.

Carter S.Truckshare did not work well when I signed the truck out. I tried five different browsers on three different phones and had to call U-Haul six or seven times before I finally got it to work, making me an hour and a half late. Thankfully, one of the U-Haul reps pushed my time back so I wasn't penalized, and gave me additional time to bring the truck back. Truckshare worked fine when I brought the truck back, but I do not recommend using it to sign the truck out.

Gray's has called me twice but have missed both calls.. will presume they're touching base and good customer service…. I'll call them tomorrow…

They did not hav a truck tht I reserved available , which was a major inconvenience . I was only to pay $69 some odd dollars and ended up paying almost $200 deposit due to location change. Moving is very expensive and that totally messed my budget up
