This was the worst U-Haul experience I ever had. None of the extras (two dollies and 4 dozen blankets) were in the truck, which put us behind by more than two hours. Every step of the reservation until picking up blankets and dollies from a different location almost 15 miles away, was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. We will never rent from UHaul again.
