LYNN BWe had to do an after hours pick up and there was no lighting. Having never been to the area, with no light to see around the area, I definitely would not recommend after hours pick up in the dark at this location. There was also dog hair all over the cabin
Michael CTruck was dropped off Friday. Final paperwork wasn’t filed saying the truck was returned until saturday. When the truck was dropped of gentleman seemed annoyed it was being dropped off.
brian CSam Grey is excellent representing U-Haul as a dealer and knowledge of what the customer needs.
Clyde OPrivate vendors should be made to use noticable signage that states if they are open or closed, and if they use a dropbox method.
Kimyhana PI expected a phone call from the pick up location to verify details of the rental which I did not receive. In the future I would recommend that the customer call the p/u location to ensure both parties are ready for one another.
Michael RGive this man a bonus for holding onto two items I left behind that I had to come back and get and I forgot to return those blanket covers at the same time so I turned them into him. That man was a blessing!
Joe FNot make them wait for 30 minutes because printer is down. Checkout online process should be handled locally. I dropped off truck and 30 minutes later got email to check in vehicle. I was no longer AT the location so it wouldn’t accept it. Hopefully that $20 charge doesn’t come in, because truck was returned 7 hours EARLY

Ckrystal DTotally happy with my experience. One now for others, it may be best to call ahead to confirm the truck you need is there. If size of truck is important. I had to go a size bigger which was no problem for my, but may be best to call and double check if you reserved online.

Asked about damage and had to send the drop off location pictures I took at pick-up. Signage or better instructions on website as to exact drop off location would be helpful. Had to go to drop off personally to make sure everything was handed off OK..

Michael FI had no problem with the rental experience with the rental agency at all. However, my issue is with the dispatch process. I had made this reservation in plenty of time to have the right equipment at the location that I had requested. Instead, I was sent 18 miles away to pic k up(35 miles round trip), which ties up full additional hour of an already long day. My original contract had stated "Guaranteed reservation", but I was directed days later to a different and farther away pick up location.
Joseph LDo not use this site as a drop off. There is no room to drop off any trucks, it is on the corner of an intersection on back roads and we had to drive around for 10 minutes to get turned around and get pulled in enough to be off the road. Avoid at all costs.

David SThey charged me $25.00 for cleaning when there was nothing to clean. I drove straight from Lewisburg to Bellefonte and had nothing in the truck. Nobody was there at 9:25 to take the truck. Had to talk to a neighbor to call the owner.
Thomas SGot charged a cleaning fee that was returned with more gas then it had and cleaner then when i got it. So id like a customer service to email me to discuss this issue

Michael BAt the pick up location it was not convenient to pick up the uhaul the guy who we picked it up from made ignorant comments to my wife about if she could back up her car up the long junked up driveway you have to go down and then about if she knew left from right for turning it around. He really made you feel like you were bothering him when we picked it up

cagle cVery hard to find, no face to face contact, had to call the location to find out what to do with the trailer. Told to "park as close to the creek as possible and leave it". They seemed offended when I asked if I could get some proof of returning the trailer.

Susan WI wrote a note on the paper work when I returned this vehicle in Mechanicsburg that the truck was a pig pen when I picked it up. I was not at all impressed with this rental and I found the personnel on the phone to be snotty to say the least. You should try to make a better effort to have what is requested at the place it is requested, or don't show it as available for online orders.

Robert DThe location was: (1) 16 miles from the location I reserved my U-Haul on a week in advanced online, (2) incredibly difficult to get to because it was not the address stated (had to go over a creek and into a family’s basement in the middle of nowhere, and (3) the U-Haul was clean but the gas meter was less than stated on contract and the U-Haul had engine difficulties.
Dallas HThe location is inaccessible with the one road leading to it being closed for another month. The woman working there was wonderful and super competent but having to cross the stream to climb over the train tracks to get into the office was too much for me.
Keith DGuy talked down to me the whole time like I was stupid, he held us up for much longer than necessary and he gave me incorrect instructions, delivered in a condescending tone like I I couldn't understand basic instructions. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy, u-haul service centers treat you infinitely better.

Mark FWhen I showed up about 1:45 pm I wasn't even sure I was at the right place because it was run down and a little trailer looking thing was unoccupied. I called the number since online it said they didn't close until 2. The guys told me to leave everything in the truck (even the contract I didn't receive which I explained) and someone would be there to pick it up. I was then charged for clean up for apparent mud marks in the back of the truck even after everything. My first time getting a uhaul and I was disappointed.

Scott DMy complaint is not with Grey's. He was very nice, helpful and worked with us. My complaint is this location was 26 miles away from location we wanted. Two other U haul locations we're much closer. We also did not want a 26 foot truck. Mr Grey was very accommodating and let us take a 17 foot XL. Thank you for the opportunity for feedback. Again, Mr. Grey was great!

Paul SThe location was difficult to find and the person was incompetent. I had a VIP certificate, but he was not able to figure out how to apply it so I could not apply a credit.
David SIt would be helpful if we received instructions on how to drop off the truck prior to the drop off time. We called the location and they were very helpful, though!
