Not make them wait for 30 minutes because printer is down. Checkout online process should be handled locally. I dropped off truck and 30 minutes later got email to check in vehicle. I was no longer AT the location so it wouldn't accept it. Hopefully that $20 charge doesn't come in, because truck was returned 7 hours EARLY

Ckrystal D.Totally happy with my experience. One now for others, it may be best to call ahead to confirm the truck you need is there. If size of truck is important. I had to go a size bigger which was no problem for my, but may be best to call and double check if you reserved online.
