The website directed me to this location and would not allow me to make the reservation at a location that was much closer, even though the website indicated the truck I wanted was available. Not sure why. Since you charge for mileage, it’s frustrating to not be able to get a truck that would have saved me that mileage.
MATTHEW CThe cab had melted candy on the passenger side floor. The cargo area had trash in it. I had to clean it before using it. The windshield was severely cracked and should not have been in service. Overall, not a great experience.
ANDREW WYou can begin by supplying the customer with ALL of the equipment they have paid for. I am concerned about the charges on this bill and I believe they need to be rectified. While it is true that I ordered the dolly, the dolly was never supplied and in fact I was told they did not have one, but was told I could go pick one up at another location. However, I had to put mileage on the truck to go pick up a dolly that I ordered but was not supplied with, only to find out when I arrived at the location, not only was I informed they did not have a dolly ( even though I noted I just saw them take it off of the truck), but I was also treated very rudely by the assistant and told "I don't know what to tell you, we don't have one" and that that dolly was for another customer, even though I had already paid for the dolly and tried to show them my paperwork. This type of treatment of your customers is not what I would call a successful way to treat your customers. I have a medical condition (heart condition) that necessitated my needing the dolly, yet I was forced to load all of this without the dolly, thereby taking a chance of something happening that could have jeopardized my health. I certainly hope that your company is going to rectify this situation immediately and adjust my bill accordingly. Not only is my being billed for equipment I never received and being charged for mileage I should not have had to put on the truck trying to locate the dolly I paid for but did not receive uncalled for, but the rude treatment of me by your associate is cause for my never using your company again. Furthermore, I feel the need to let the approximately 40,000 college students I am in contact with that this incident occurred and plan to suggest if this is the treatment they will receive, they should look elsewhere for their moving needs. I am utterly appalled by this.
Albert LRental process was a pain. My location kept getting changed. My pickup location changed to a place that didn’t open until 8 even though my reservation was for 7:30. Nothing was communicated to me about U-Haul share so I had to call customer service and it took a while to set up in the app. Pickup and drop off overall was a bit time consuming. Make it easier for customers to submit info ahead of time. Also they were missing some of the equipment I rented.

Sanjay MVan was filthy inside cabin area and cargo area. Oily substance all in the cabin area. Van only had 16,000 miles on it and is really beat up. Dents everywhere’ side mirror glass broken on both sides. Just a poor overall experience with the van. Do better U-Haul

Mollie LThe individuals who checked us in and out were wonderful, friendly and took the time to explains everything about the rental. Outstanding customer service. The rental itself (moving van) had a strong unpleasant odor, was very worn on the inside, windows were filthy and everything in the cabin was sticky. On a positive note the AC was very efficient, which we appreciated since it was 100 degrees on the day we rented the van. Overall, we would rent from U-Haul again without a doubt, but just not this moving van.
John SCabin air filter needs to be changed. Odd smell when ac is on. An interior wipe down own steering wheel and other contact areas who be beneficial. Safe extremely professional! Manager is so helpful and nice which spreads to his staff. I can’t recall his name.
Kobe OAt the time of my initial pick up I did not get a code to open the box so I had to call customer service, which took me about 15 minutes to get through for us to give me a number. Very nice people helpful when I picked the truck up but didn’t give proper instructions or didn’t follow thru when the number should’ve been on my email at 10:30 when I got to the place. Truck ran great !

ROMONTA TRented from this location again and service continues to be great.
CECILLE HI told this location I only needed a truck for 1 day. They told me to keep it for 2 days just in case I needed more time and that if I returned within 24 hours I would only be charged for 1 day. When I returned the truck to the drop off location they told me that was wrong and that I will be charged for 2 days.

Paul SEach time I reserve additional equipment, like furniture dolly or utility dolly, they are not with the truck. This has happened at two locations. If these items aren’t available then don’t offer them.

Edward DFastest service getting in and out of a U-Haul location. I was even asked to get done service work done on my car while I used them U-Haul truck. Win win
Mitchell IThe 1-800-UHAUL reservation system and online reservation system was a complete “bait and switch” scheme. I can completely understand the logistical demands and cost differences between a one-way rental and a round trip rental from your company’s perspective. But don’t schedule your customer (on the phone) for a one-way rental ($165 and .89 per mile) and then pretend there was a scheduling error and offer them a local rental from the same location ($30 per day and $1.19 per mile) and think that the customer doesn’t know what you’re doing. The same 15’ truck that should’ve been available for the flat rate one-way deal ($180 total) was offered to me as a solution to YOUR “scheduling issue” for local rate round trip package ($320 total) from the same location. Again I don’t fault your company for trying to maximize profits but you’re hurting yourselves when you insult your customers and think they will keep coming back.

Fletcher AThe truck I was given had a check engine light on. A few times I felt concerned about pushing the truck to much in weather that felt like 100 degrees. The AC didn’t work well and when the move was complete I was so focused on getting this truck back I forgot to gas up. Fortunately I only used 3 gallons worth. Paying 18.00 dollars for gas is my bad for forgetting. This was the only truck in time frame so I prayed and went with it. Other then that the people signing in and out was professional. The place I set the reservation seem to be nice with better looking trucks. I’m not sure why they updated me to a auto repair center to pickup a truck that needed much help. I had a small move. Payed more money to prepare. Overall I’m satisfied I’m done with that move and now on to the next phase.

tom pHave the extras that Customers request and not send people on a wild goose chase because they were told you could take the paperwork and go to another uhaul rental place and get the items needed. Not true. And don’t charge the customer for the extra items that they did not receive even though you were reminded to remove the charges.

Julie Lradio didnt work. tire pressure light was on the whole time. MPG gauge was always in the red, even we doing a constant 45 mph. gauge was broken, im guessing. drove 10 miles and had to put in 3 gallons to get it back at 3/4. but grease monkey team members were nice.
