Vehicle was not very clean when picked up. They did try to clean, however ended up having to get cardboard to cover the back. Then when vehicle returned I was charged additional mileage. Disappointed again.

As soon as I walked in one of the mechanics came to assist me. I forgot the dolly, and had to go back home and get it. He still accepted the keys, and where open until 6. Recognized me pulling in, and came out to get the dolly.

Perhaps not allow people top reserve a trick that isnot there. I would suggest not counting to be returned trucks as available because people might return it to other locations or be late causing a large waste of time for your customers. Also, being on hold for an hour for your customer service is probably a little too long. Otherwise, friendly employees made this not intolerable.

I with that the self check in experience could be faster for repeat customers. Why must I continually take tons of pictures and download agreements onto my phone when I'm a repeat customer. Additionally, I must yet again complain about the double charges in the process. I pre-pay with an estimate of mileage and then pay again when I return the vehicle. The second charge goes through, but the first charge sits as a hold on my account for DAYS!! There's got to be a better way.

The movers I scheduled through uhaul were not available during the times I rented the truck so I had to perform the move myself. Uhaul should do a better job of facilitating communication between the customer and moving company

This location is great but overall service by Uhaul SUCKS! Not only did they not have my original rental truck, they sent me to a location fairly far from my home which was NOT my chosen location. They found another truck at a location closer to my home. WHY wasn't I sent there originally?? The customer service rep that I deal with was VERY accommodating on the day of my rental, but the person that I spoke to on the prior day was EXTREMELY not helpful and not very accommodating at all!

My feedback is to UHaul. I wish 2 things: 1)That your system could load, save and maintain my verification as a repeat customer so that I don't have to wait for approval every time. Additionally, 2) once a customer submits estimated mileage, a placeholder is initiated for those funds in their bank account. As a repeat customer, it would be great if the initial estimate were subtracted from the final tally and the combined total processed as two charges, as it can be two days of both charges holding in the account before the initial estimate disappears.

While I understand the intended ease of the online system for checking in and out, needing to take multiple pictures, use phone data, and have friends contacted in order to process a checkout, seems more cumbersome than completing paperwork with a person in less time. Additionally, a pre-emptive charge was placed on my card, then a final charge, but now I wait for the initial pre-charge to be removed. Lots of little charges and fees make the advertised $19.95/day seem almost comical.
