Just a quick note. They told me if the trailer was returned the same day the charge would be significantly less than the $170. When I got to the Wyoming location, they said that was not the case. Had I known that was not the case I would not have altered my vacation plans. Other than that these guys were on top of everything.

JACK EThe personnel that I spoke to was very friendly. Overall I did have a good experience here, but the lot was very muddy/icy due to weather, so perhaps just some gravel being added to the lot would be helpful. I would imagine vehicles without 4 wheel drive could've gotten stuck under the conditions.

DUSHYANT PWOW where to start and whose dropping the ball is any man's guess!!! I made a reservation ONLINE for a covered trailer. Three days before we are suppose to pick it up we get a call saying the trailer is not available and the nearest one is an hour away. Then WHY MAKE A RESERVATION!?!! If its not available or not going to be available YOUR WEBSITE SHOULD REFLECT THAT!! So we need that trailer, as my husband is calling to see about picking it up an hour away and dropping it off at our PREFERRED drop off, my step-dad is at our preferred drop spot getting a trailer for himself. And he asks the man at the counter if they have our trailer there and he says YES ITS HERE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So here we are getting calls saying its not available and its sitting at our PREFERRED spot all along. Your communication skills are TERRIBLE!! I don't know whose dropping the ball or why you even have a website to set up reservations if your personnel are calling individuals and telling them sorry for your luck. We live in a rural area, the next U-Haul place is not around the corner. My advice would be to call the preferred U-Haul pick-up place directly cause "CORPORATE" doesn't know what thery're doing. If it had not been for my step-dad stopping in that day and asking about that trailer we would have been driving an hour in the wrong direction to get a trailer that was sitting in the lot at our PREFERRED spot.
CHRISTOPHER JThe truck should have a full tank of gas when picked up and returned with a full tank. It was inconvenient to have to immediately find a gas station because the truck only had 3/16 of a tank of gas upon pick up.

ROSARIO Ptrailer was used by an employee and not swept out, renter did offer to sweep. Right side blinkers didn’t work.

Robert MTrailer was old and a little rickety, but thats understandable, its a rental. My one concern though was I noticed one tire was a relatively new carlisle trailer tire, and the other was a very very old trailer tire that is probably well expired considering it hasnt been made since before I was born. It was exhibiting some dry cracking. The newer tire had ~45PSI, the older tire had ~28PSI as I checked when I got home. Thankfully, I was pulling this trailer empty at the time - the tires BOTH have a recommended inflation pressure (weight rating) @ 65PSI. I filled them to about 60 but by the next morning the older tire was down to about 50, telling me it had a slow leak. One of the hubs/spindles showed signs of puking a little grease onto the wheel, but with old seals on these I don't think that's too unusual so long as they are regularly greased. Other than that, the trip went well and the people I dealt with were kind.
Michael WIt’s not so much the location as it is the process that Uhaul makes these guys and the customer go through. I get probably 4-5 emails with one rental, the guy has to do it all through his phone-there’s no computer exclusive to the process plus my info is never saved so every time I need a trailer I have to start from scratch. U make it almost not worth doing it. I think I’ll just buy my own dam trailer!

Joseph WDisappointed to discover at turn in that the mileage included for a one-way trip did not include the militate to return the vehicle to this CLOSEST U-haul facility. Should have been advised of this when the reservation was made. Cost me an addition $40 that I was forced to pay since the attendant did not have the authority to wave this cost.
