The staff of GreenMail is very nice and helpful -- I returned the truck a couple of minutes after the hours but the owner saw me and reopened the shop just so he could check me out.

JUAN LLast month, we had to move an elderly relative, and the proprietors could not have been kinder. We received all the supplies we needed, a few of which were comped. Of course, the move took far longer than hoped. Owing to a time-defined obligation that evening, I was unable to top off the gas tank before returning the van to Greenmail. When I tried to give the proprietor a $20 bill the next day to cover the gas, he gently waved it off. On an emotionally fraught day, his kindness meant everything.

Chao LThe person at the register should not have overcharged me. I opted out of the safe move fee of 30 dollars and was still charged for it. I only needed the vehicle for 4 hours.
Denishia HI only used this location because the equipment was not available at my preferred location in Mountain View and U-Haul transferred my reservation here. The location was closed when I picked up the equipment. I did not interact with anyone at the location to give it a better rating than "average". Only bummer, I did NOT receive the 6 furniture pads I ordered in my reservation. It was a cold night and the back of the truck was unlocked when I picked it up in the morning, so they could have been taken by someone who needed them for warmth. The location couldn't control that.
Jessica CYou charged me way too much. The invoice was made at 65.67$ with 10 MI and I got chaged at $117.25$ with 14 MI. The charge should be added S5.56 more towards the 4 MI added from the approximated travel MI. Why my safe move went up to S30 from S15 and Rental charge twice as well? I did return on the date I rented (8/17/2024 3:15 pm), NOT 19th 10:01 AM. Go to Hell.

DARAYUSH H#1: Reset mechanism of parking brake was dangling around. #2: Left blinker worked normally, right blinker was clicking too fast. That means that something is wrong. #3: Car was dirty - not even the windshield was cleaned. I checked the other cars on the lot and they were dirty too. #4: You overcharged me for blankets. I have requested 6, have received 6, but was charged for 24. The person at the station said that "there is nothing he can do" and now I have to run after my money. Do not recommend. Stay away.
Hans RPickup was a little confusing, there was some sort of technical error that made it difficult for them to confirm our reservation. Otherwise everything was fine.
Andrew BTruck window was filthy. Immediately had to drive to a gas station to wash it myself. Staff at the location seemed disinterested to the whole affair. These issues aside the pick up with otherwise efficient and mechanically the truck was fine.
Roy AIf you are going to list you have dolly's available for use, you have to have them. I ended up having to move all of my things by carrying them instead because I signed up for a location with a dolly and then when I showed up, they were not only rude but not accommodating.
Spencer LThe location is good, but note that it on Saturday it opens at 10am instead of 9am. When booking my UHaul, the customer service assured me I could pickup my truck over the counter at 9am.

Nachuan YThey did not explain properly about the fuel charge. I was not sure about refilling the tank or not. The tank was less than half full. I drove the truck for 15 miles and after returning they charged me 50 dollars for 2galons of fuel. Complete robbery of my money.

BaiYang WThere was a piece of gum in between the seats on floor. I have a picture of mileage before and after and the difference is about 20 miles. However when I tried inputting the miles in the check out they said it was 50. Not sure exactly why the initial mileage was incorrect.
Mike WI rented a dolly because I had to move a lot of heavy furniture and boxes but the dolly was not in the uhaul. It was extremely inconvenient to not get what I paid for, acceptable.
