hard to find the turn from the street - would be nice to have a u-haul sign on El-Camino so its clear to see where to turn. Also the U-haul bays are not dedicated and very tight when other cars are parked next to you, so having dedicated bays that are large enough to accommodate would be much better. Overall the pricing was higher than hiring the truck from Home-Depot so making the pricing more competitive would be appreciated.

JOHN JThe steering wheel is filthy and sticky. The app instructions for pick up and drop off are too skimpy and cryptic.
