This location was closed in the middle of the day. No live person was there. Had to call a phone number to tell them I dropped off equipment. Also I tried multiple times to call customer service and the phone was never answered. This was not the location I made a reservation for but you changed the location. Why bother making a reservation if it doesn't mean anything?HEIDI B.

Me. Michael was very supportive and informative on how to retrieve my contact-less rental. After a discrepancy from a different location not having my truck available as scheduled on my reservation, Greenbrier Self Storage was ready and available to meet and exceed my rental needs. I have been a long time uhaul fan and customer but this time took me for a loop 1st. Ride share is a confusing name for a u-haul experience. It sounds like enterprises we will pick you slogan. Name it what it is. .. check your own self in. 2. i was switched locations at the last minute by uhaul. The reason i chose the location i did was for convivence to the airport where i flew in. NO one called me if switching would be ok. By uhaul switching me caused me to have to take a taxi which the taxi driver didn't know what he was doing and overcharged me.,greg S.
Answer the 1800 phone and stop long hold times. I could not return my truck till later because no answer and I was charged additional times 2. Will not be using uhaul anymore Local office was closed and website was no help it kept starting overTINA W.

Uhaul location was being double used as a residence. The manager wouldn't even let me in to help when I struggled with the self check in process. I returned my rental early but the next day I got a call saying equipment was missing. When I asked further about the missing dolly, then the story changed to the truck being dirty. Manager argued with me over the phone about the dolly? And then the dirty truck? It was leaves by the way. And they're trying to charge me $20 for clean out. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. SCAMMY. NOT HELPFUL. GHETTO. Truck was relatively clean once I finally got it, but I don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed.Kamerin W.

Service was good on phone and day of pick up. Returning truck next at 10:00 office was closed no one around to help return truck I was willing to pay the convenience fee to have you guys return truck but no one came. I did the self return but got stuck on entering the mileage as I later learned I had to enter a zero at the end of the numbers that's was 30 minutes later and the store was still closed. I finally was able to complete the return 45 minutes later the store was still closed. Several people drove up wanting to Rent truck but store was closed. Location was convenient but probably use another location next time.jasiri R.

I was supposed to have picked up a truck at 9:00 at the Washington rd. Location when I got there the truck was not there. I was sent to stonewall tell to pick up a truck at 11:00. There was no one available there to talk with me. I drove back to Washington rd. Then I was sent to headland location. Not please that I spent so much time looking for a truck I had made reservations for. Will not use again.Betty P.

The guy was very helpful but it seemed that my miles jumped up every minute and a half. In the beginning I was at 5730 I rode around the corner to Washington Rd I was at 5738 a less than five minute ride and I used that many miles I just don't believe itmartisha C.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received when I rented from U-Haul.shirley W.
I was given a reservation for this location but never called back from to confirm. Then when I called they said they didn't have both the truck and auto transport like I was originally told. The guy was rude and having conversations with other people in the background. He later told me to come in to get the truck, then stated the auto transport was still not functioning so he would still have to locate a location that carried it. I had literally drove through town to pick up equipment. The employee never walked me out to the trucks to check anything, just sent me across a huge parking lot to figure out which truck was mine and sent me on my. Oh and also without a receipt, wrote done the address of a third address ( in gain red marker)where to receive the transport. He never left his seat and was very rude at times. Mind you I was sent to this location from another U-Haul location(Old National Rd. Atlanta, Ga). This meant now I would be needing to now go to a third location to receive the final equipment needed for my move out of state. This has been one of my worst experiences ever.ebony W.
