GETA BIf I could post pictures of the U-Haul for proof and the video of the owner being very rude for no reason but his excuses was that he is the property manager and too busy to assist customers. The U-Haul had bowel movement on it and around it, we tried asking the property manager can he clean it and he said he don’t have time. It would have been nice if the guy would have assisted us better. You just never know what people are going through. Never would rent from this location again and I will suggest the same for other customers because clearly the guy is too busy to assist you. Choose a better location not greenbrier near the discount mall.

CHADRICK JTHE DROP OFF LOCATION WAS IN AN EXTREMELY DIRTY PLAZA AND WAS AN EMPTY WAREHOUSE TYPE OF SPACE THAT DIDN'T LOOK OPEN, NO LIGHTS ON, AND IT WAS FILLED WITH STORAGE MATERIALS AND APPEARED TO BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR SOME YEARS. IT WAS DIRTY AND DARK AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE FOR A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THE STAFF DIDN'T DO A WALK THRU NOR INSPECT THE VEHICLE UPON RETURN. THEY WERE BEHIND A BULLET PROOF TYPE WINDOW WITH NO PERSONAL INTERACTION AND YOU HAD TO LEAVE THE KEY ON THE COUNTER. YOU COULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO THE PERSON BEHIND THE WINDOW. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN A VERY BAD AREA OR NEIGHBORHOOD. THE OFFICE & THAT PART OF THE BUILDING LOOKED ABANDONED AT FIRST SIGHT. NOBODY WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THERE WAS A BUSINESS OPERATING OUT OF THAT SPACE.

bobby p- The temperature outside was over 95 degrees - The truck had no air conditioning * The attendant first requested I call U Haul for them to come look at the truck why would I call?.... but to his credit he later offered a larger truck but the place I was going could not accommodate a bigger truck. • I just really think a maintained truck, which which is one of the core value propositions to the customer, should be top on the checklist before they are being rented.

bobby pThe representative called me twice and accused me of leaving furniture in the truck. I did not! And accused me of not returning the hand truck, I put it out side the door of the rental place as instructed. Then called me again later and told me the actual truck I returned was dirty, it was not! Bad experience all the way around

Angela EIt took longer than expected for me to get my rental. The staff was not very professional. When I came back to drop it off, the door was locked but they weren’t closed. The staff was sitting in a car in front of the location. The location was not presentable at all.

Joycelyn HI will never use uhaul again. The reservation was made a day in advance. The truck that I reserved was not available after being told that it would be available at this location. The agent did not look for the size truck that I reserved. The windows were dirty and the truck had transmission trouble. I had to turn the engine off, wait then turn it back on for it to change gears.
Wanza TThe truck was very dated and not the cleanest. My wife rode with me and we both noticed the truck was sticky. Other than that, a newer cleaner truck would be welcomed next rental...

bobby pThe attendant that did all the paperwork was very unprofessional to the point I wanted to go somewhere else. Rude, and no sense of business edict. I will never come back here again. Plus the vehicle I rented had water in the cup holder and I informed the attendant, he seemed to get annoyed.

BOBBY PThe front office personnel was informative and helpful. He went the extra mile to call me that morning to confirm that I will be picking up today and other pertinent information. The location was not the best in appearance and understand that it is in transition. You can improve this site by making sure it has an on-site bathroom.

BOBBY PThe attendant there (younger male with glasses ) was very rude. I booked my reservations and when ready to receive the key he handed me the keys and my card back. It was raining very hard outside and usually when visiting a U-Haul location the attendant will at least show you where the truck is or pull the truck up in front of the location. I asked the attendant where the truck was or could he at least pull it around due to it raining outside and so I wouldn't have to wonder around in the rain in a full parking lot of rentals looking for it. He immediately came up with an excuse saying he was the only attendant there and he couldn't leave to go into the parking lot (mind you there was no other customer in the facility). So he motioned and said "yea. Here." Handing me my card and ID and the keys. I then provided customer feedback and said "just a little customer feedback, you could pull the truck up, I have no clue of where the truck is and you do, its raining outside and now I have to wander around the parking lot looking for the rental in the rain". He then said with a negative attitude "Well I could give you a refund". I said "I never asked for a refund, I asked you to pull the truck up or show me where it is". He could do neither. He kept offering to give a refund as a threat and told me to "take my business elsewhere" . Poor customer service. Very poor customer service.
