James NBetter video of opening lock box. The video is incorrect when he tells you to turn the lock. It is better understood if you explain that the lock is a “ Scissor “ Lock and will open when the tab on the lock is twisted down to open.
Greg DThe customer service was great, we got a truck very quickly at a great price. The truck was not the cleanest there was a soda pop can opened in the truck and it did not look like it had been wiped down at all. Other then that it was great

RUSSELL STell a customer that the pick up site has only a lock box no service man on site and the customer has no idea about what is happening. The telephone tells you a code to open the lock box and the lock is very delicate and takes many tries to open. Other than that everything was great. the turn in was easy with an actual agent on site.

Robert HApp is terrible, it took 45 minutes to get keys , after reserving the night before . Never received key lock number had to call , wanted over 25 minutes on hold . Definitely should have been a better experience. So, it delaying the moving process over a hour . Will be renting a moving truck in 6 months , will probably look into other companies. Shouldn’t had the extra stress on moving day

Doug GI reserved pick for 8am wasn’t able to pick up the truck until they opened at 2pm. That place a damn joke very dissatisfied . The. When I returned the truck with more gas in the truck than it had when I picked up I was still charged for not filling it up.
Brian PPerhaps the intermittent turn signal issue could have been figured out, this is the second rental that had harness issues. I worked to fix the connection with dielectric grease to no avail.
