Store was an antique store and the person who runs the store wasn't there. Had to talk to the person who runs the place on the phone of the employee at the antique store. I reserved a 15 foot truck and they only had a 26 foot truck. They couldn't check me out and release the truck due to computer issues and I had to call a 1800 number to actually get the truck. I reserved the truck for 10 and didn't leave the building until after noon. Then when I went to return the truck the app wouldn't load to let me return the truck and prevent a fee. The tank was only a 1/4 full when I received the truck. The building is a joke, the person running it is part timing running the place, the computer systems dont work and they dont have the truck you ask for and only 1/4 full gas tank. All in all a disappointing

I would tell friends to verify pick up time vs store hours if not utilizing mobile app. Equipment was not complete as I ordered a dolly which was not loaded and available.
