Very friendly and helpful rental staff. The truck was mechanically in good shape, just poorly maintained trim and cab. Worth what I paid for it.

It was easy to find but it instructed us to park in the parking lot for this location of which is not easy to locate in the dark. We parked on the street directly in front of the site where the drop box is located which is well lit.

Kauthar AClerk had to call uhaul person to let them know we were there despite me calling 45 min prior to confirm. But then had to wait awhile for clerk to finish selling cigarettes and lottery to all the saturday morning customers. This made us late for our scheduled arrival time at our location. Truck only had 1/4 gas adding to our late arrival. Asked for receipt and the person sent it in a different language

Lisa DEvery other location I’ve rented from has had on-site parking for both rental trucks and customer vehicles. This location had a few trucks in an alley behind the store and some across the street in the Giant Eagle parking lot. We only needed the truck to move a couch so we planned on parking our car at the location. Our truck was one of the ones at Giant Eagle, where signs were posted saying the lot was only for their customers. We went inside the GE and asked if we could leave our car in their lot and the associate took a bit of convincing before approving this. This location needs to have some signage guiding U-Haul customers where to park. There was street parking available nearby, so that is an option if Giant Eagle says no. Aside from that, the 10-footer we rented was one of the nicest U-Hauls I’ve ever drove. Inside was kept very clean and the vehicle was actually new-ish. All prior damages were marked, not that there were very many. All in all a very good location and rental, especially for borrowing a truck for a couple hours!

David JSmall location and owber initially resisted taking the truck until I explained I had coordinated the this drop off location with Uhaul. No issues after that.
William FI had no issues, the rental process is somewhat unique but nevertheless efficient and secure, truck was comfortable but ran well.
Joe DFirst off the location for the trucks is actually all the way in the back and the lock box in the front very inconvenient considering they want pictures of everything after use! No one was there to assist us and the app is terrible I highly don’t recommend this location or company
jordan rVehicle was clean and functioned well. I’ve used multiple self checkout/mobile checkouts with U-Haul but this location was strange. After providing my phone and info on the app, it said go speak to the counter, and the individual at the counter said I needed to call UHaul. I called the number provided, and after sitting on hold was given a different number. The U-Haul rep was confused why I wasn’t given a key when I already signed in. They put me on hold and eventually had me go in the store and hand the phone to the convenience store clerk who simple verified my info over the phone and handed me the keys. The whole experience made what is normally a 20 minute process about 1.5 hours. I don’t understand why the clerk made me call and sit on hold rather than put the keys in the lock box, like every other location does.

SRISATISH DPickup location was conveniently located and the people who work there are super kind and helpful. One snag was that I opted for mobile check in and that was actually not an option at this location, so I was confused and it took about 15 minutes to get things sorted out and be on my way. Can't beat the location for my needs though, and the folks working the store were so sweet so, 5 stars.
