I rented a truck for 3 different days and twice we had to use the Uhaul app which totally sucked. Both times it took over 30 minutes to pick up the truck. The hero of the day was the rep at the 800 number unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he saved the day. The owner of the location was very helpful

Each employee had conflicting information about what I was supposed to do with the Uhaul rental upon returning it. The employee that was present at the time of pick up told me that I need to fill up the gas tank before returning it. It cost me $62 to do that. As I presented the receipt for the gas I pumped upon returning the rental, the second employee there said I wasn't supposed to fill it completely but only half way. There was no clear word on whether this would be reimbursed on my payment. The real reason I picked this location is because it was easily accessible by public transportation so I didn't need to have someone meeting me there.
Daniel GWas charged extra even though I didn’t reach miles limit. Also was charged for gas even though I left more gas in the truck then when I first picked it up.
Michael PClerk was very unknowledgable about the pricess, told me I couldn't have my key without a four letter word. Tried to have me take a differe t truck. Didn't want to release the truck without the owner of the store's OK despite me showing all uhaul documentation.
Daveen MThere was no place for me to park the truck. I had to put it in an alley, blocking the alley. I dropped the car at 6pm on Saturday, but they registered me as returning it at 10:30am on Sunday.
