DAVID HWhen I showed up to pick up my trailer at 5:02pm they refused to hook me up. One lady was quite rude about it. The lady that actually helped me was very nice and hooked me up. I rented for 4 days and returned a full day early and still got charged full price.

ANTOINETTE PThe engine on the vehicle seized and blew as we were driving it. This was only after an hour of "use". There was also no communication from the support team in regard to the extra time that I would need due to needing roadside assistance, until I asked for it. There was also no communication from the support team to the location or vice versa after I needed to get a replacement vehicle. Overall, this process delayed everything due to me hiring people to help me move, and I still had to pay the full price for a defective and unsafe vehicle, I do not recommend.
Savannah THad to unhook the trailer myself, no chalks for tires, the tralier moved forward and scratched my bumper and scratched the paint off. Was abrasively told to stay off the grass when I had to move the trailer from where I originally parked it. Would have been nice to be able to chalk the tires and not be on an incline for the drop zone.
SUZANNE NThe rep was preoccupied with other things, and she was not as good as the previous male rep, who made sure that I understood the terms. She did not care about the experience and needs of the customer at all.

TIMOTHY HWe didn't see or talk to anyone. We were charged $15 for the same amount of gas we gor it with. I tried to contest it and get someone to call me but they charged my card anyways. We probably won't be using uhaul again in the future.

Tetyana EAlmost had me leave without the trailer lights extension cord had i not checked. Never mentioned my dolly rental being canceled until I was about to leave when I finally asked. Was told after loaded up the trailer I would have to go to another location for the dolly. Which I did. Worst experience ever with UHAUL!

KENDRICK GLocation and people were great and very helpful. The uhaul process was total crap. I reserved the uhaul for 9am with pickup through the app and after I already provided my credit card prior now the app is asking for a ton other things that should have been done before and trying to sell more things to me that I already said no to. The uhaul did not come with a dolly I asked for and there was no ramp. There was a charge for blankets that I never asked for but the store didn't even have that either so why even charge me? I was on a big time crunch and after waiting a long time the sales lady said the app won't authorize me to use the truck for another 20 minutes!!! Luckily she sped up the process for me but I still didn't get out of there until at least 9:15 but the charge for uhaul of course started earlier. I was highly stressed primarily because of the stupid app. Why can't things be easier?! It was easier without all these dang apps!
Astasia RWasn't informed of the $50.00 cleaning fee , I would have made sure it was cleaned before I returned it. Also didn't get a copy of anything to have in the truck to show I had rented it. He was busy when I pick the truck up.
STANLEY YWhen we arrived to pick up U-Haul the manager was left without keys to the building in order to obtain reserved vehicle which made me late to prearranged time of business and once I was finally able to obtain vehicle it was on empty of gasoline which made me have to stop and put gas in said vehicle. After use and return of vehicle then I received a message noting I would be charged 81.00 for vehicle being returned with the same amount it was received in.
jessica bDropped off truck 12:30 (2 1/2 hours early) on Tuesday. Received call from Uhaul Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning requesting return of truck. Truck return not checked in until 12:30 on Thursday.

LYNN BThis facility should be open on Saturday to accommodate their customers, especially if they are not going to be prepared for remote pick up.
KELLY GI have drop off locations closer to my destination but apparently the personnel could not find them and caused me to drive further than I had too. This is very irritating especially when I am being charged extra, even though I was well under the stated mileage.
Ashley LI’ll go somewhere else. The drop off location are crooks. Hated my experience! Texas heat and cow manure doesn’t mix well! Charging me for the truck being filled back to were it originally was and also clean is insane. Especially after you saw me double check it and refused to look at the video and pictures I tried to provide for proof. Then soon as I turn in and hand you the key and walk out of your store you charge me $40.80 before I could get out of the parking lot! Stating the truck wasn’t filled to its original form when I received it. Also that the truck wasn’t clean! COW MANURE! I have footage and pictures that the statements are false and the charge shouldn’t have taken place in the first place!

cristian fTruck was dirty and had trash in it. An appliance dolly and moving blankets were in the truck although I did not reserve those items. On site employee is rude and unavailable by phone or in the office most of the time.

Lucas CThere were to be 60 blankets with the rental. These were not available at pickup and I had to drive to another location. There the owner gave me a10-12 at no charge which I appreciate, but it wasted about 2 hours considering the road construction and evening rush hour. If you're going to guarantee a reservation you should guarantee the whole thing. In the future I guess the neighborhood dealer is out and just put up with the inconvenience of having to go the extra to get to a center instead.

Sathvi S$25 for cleaning!!!!!, swept inside out, we spent at least 30min, washing outside with water, with all doors closed, did not know water gets inside back, when we were in the office to return, the inspector could have told us, I am 73yrs old, I could have jumped inside and dried it out with a towel, it would not have cost me $25. Did not know it did not have a lifter to help take in and out our two 6ft refrigerators, we dropped one of them, Alan and I are 73 and 74yrs, we had to move all this ourselves, and what is a safe move? The employees were nice, but did not know answer to some questions.

John BWe were charged for gas and cleaning even though we returned the equipment within hours of renting it, with the same amount of gas and nothing to be cleaned. Plus, the guy was rude when we brought the truck back.
STEVEN DOne of the guys working was extremely sarcastic to the point of rude and wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on the truck size we rented. He even went so far to say that size truck shouldn’t be offered, not a good look for someone supposed to be representing the Uhaul brand…We ignored his comments and knew the truck size was perfect for what we needed, and it was. Fortunately, the other associate working was very kind and made up for the other guy.
