Entire team did a professional and efficient job, both at rental and check-in. The Ford Transit was a big disappointment compared to other full size vans I've driven. The driver leg room was almost a joke. Certainly a vehicle that large could afford more driver leg room. Also, the deck was noticeably higher than other vans. This made loading more difficult and interior headroom limited. So A+ on the service and C- on the vehicle.STEPHEN P.

GPS location would NOT recognize the ACTUAL location. I had to go almost 200 ft away from the building before it would work. Also, the key holder wouldn't open. The password worked but it took multiple attempts at trying to line up the letters in some wierd configuration. Took almost an hour before I could actually drive the truck away.BERNADETTE G.
Remember to include all purchased equipment ie. Dollies, packing materials, etc. Have a business continuity plan for when digital application (s) fail. Train basic customer service skills like greeting, informing of cause for delays, thanking customer for business.CODY K.

The location was fine. The uhaul service was absolutely terrible. Yout 24/7 check in process is absolutely terrible. It took us over 40 minutes to get the key. You should enable your check in procedures the night before. If you are trying to move early in the morning, nothing is available and service is terrible on your UhAUL customer service end. I will never use uhaul again.Tara B.

My one complaint is not with this specific location but with U-Haul reservation. I requested a furniture dolly and no one had one in this entire area. I went to three different locations to try to locate one and they all just said sorry. If you don't have it don't let someone reserve it!DORCAS W.

When I returned it, the location asked why I didn't call for help. Sorry, but if I'd called it would have meant even longer stuck with no AC as I went from Houston to Dallas (4.5 hours). Not only that, would someone have brought me a new truck and unloaded all my stuff from the broken one and reloaded it? They said yes but I highly doubt it given my experiences with uHaul. As mentioned, even if they would do this I would have been stuck in the 95Â° heat for even longer! They did say they would take it out of service for repairs - so points to them for that, but still no apology or anything - just questions for why I didn't â€œhelp myselfâ€.James H.

The gas tank was above a quarter tank. I ask the person in charge if that was ok and he said I should return the van the same I received, 3/8. It was not 3/8, it was a little above 1/4. So I did return above 1/4, same as I received after filling gas. I got charged for the gas. Not happy about it.RUBEN P.
we had a bit of trouble finding it but it was because we thought it was up further in Aubrey. It was our fault for missing you because you're well marked but we just weren't looking for you that soon! new to area! i appreciate you helping me get a truck with such short notice. Atleast my third time using this location. Now there are a couple places that have popped up closer, but I will continue to use this location cause it's quick and painless getting in and out. Less than 5 minutes getting setup and out the door.SHAUN M.
The truck was in good condition, but after I submitted the inspection, I noticed a couple of things. I sent pictures of the ashtray being full, a small crack in the front bumper and a missing visor clip. There was a moving box behind the center seat. Maybe the facility didn't thoroughly inspect/clean it after the last renter.Jason B.

You billed me $177 for use of this vehicle. Here are my issues: 1. I had to wait 30 minutes on hold to get a representative to help me get the vehicle as your mobile app didn't work. 2. Once I got the vehicle, it was parked in a pit of mud and was stuck. I had to wait 2.5 hours for someone to show up and get me out of the parking lot. (that's 3 hours of lost time.) 3. You are charging me $25 for cleaning a vehicle that was caused by your negligence. There would not have been mud in the vehicle had you not parked it there and then left me waiting 3 hours. 4. You are charging me $10 for pads that were not provided. I have rented vehicles and trailers from you multiple times over the last 6 months and I can say that this is the absolute worst experience I've had as well as poor customer service. The fact that I did not hear anything at all from you since my initial complaint on the invoice is disappointing. I'm further disappointed that all the issue have been excused and your are just billing me for services you didn't provide. I consider that a dishonest business practice and will have to act accordingly based on your lack of desire to resolve the issue.James N.

We were scheduled to pick up Uhaul truck at 1pm at the Greenfill Aubrey location and then meet movers at my house in providence village at 2pm. When we arrived to get truck, it was parked in mud and after several attempts, realized no way we would be able to move it. We then had to go thru the time consuming process of â€œreturning the truckâ€ and drive to the uhaul location off 380 in Aubrey to pick up a truck. They were WONDERFUL! They got us in and out with new truck as quick as possible but we were still 45 min late meeting movers which cost us additional money. We will NEVER use the Greenfill location again and NEVER recommend them.Shannon D.

When I arrived at my scheduled time of pickup the place was closed. The person arrives 20 minutes later and then didn't know how to get in the building or work the computer. I used the mobile check in because I thought that would make for a smooth and quick pickup but by the time I was able to leave with the truck I was an hour behind schedule.Ursula B.
