NICHOLAS SAlthough the equipment was not on site, a very competent employee took me to there holding area and installed the trailer.
John TTruck needed new windshield wipers (badly), windscreen was filthy, inside and out, seats were clean, cab itself was clean but plastic cup holders and dash, knobs etc were sticky. Cleaned everything with Windex and the next user will be DeLighted😂

Madelene ATruck was extremely dirty on the inside. Seemed as if someone was using it for their daily vehicle and smoking cigarettes in it everyday, windows were filthy with soot!
Nyssa NThe cargo box had muddy footprints in it and it leaked water into the cargo area. The truck was also incredibly bouncy, probably needs new shocks. Luckily, despite the leaks and bounciness, our possessions arrived undamaged.

angela dThe location was tucked away behind buildings and filled with inventory. The small office shack amidst all the trucks ad trailers felt a little creepy. If I were alone and in the dark I would have felt a bit nervous. Fine for me but possibly not for everyone. It took me 25 min to drop off my trailer as I waited for the 2 people on site to finish helping one other customer pickup a trailer.

LUIZ DThey need to communicate better with customer and not adding charges to the receipt without discussing first. The owner of this location is just plain dishonest. Definitely never renting a truck through this location
Temi A1 exception the seat would not stay in position It slid back and fourth - when braking it went forward when accelerating it slid back I did agree to use the truck this way as it was discussed with the sales person being it was a short trip it was ok with me - but safety wise it needs to be repaired
Thomas VOnce again, U-Haul let me down in a big way. I reserved a van to take to Brooklyn New York and pick up some doors. The clerk actually rented it out moments before I arrived! He “upgraded“ me to an enormous truck that was not only very difficult to drive in the narrow streets of Brooklyn, but also relegated us to commercial-vehicle only roads that made my trip LONGER and thus more expensive. U-Haul, this is the second time you’ve let me down, and I’m never going to use your service again. Home Depot truck rentals all the way!

Peter BFirst, the A/C not only didn't work, but even using the vent fan blew heated air. As it was 90 degrees the day I rented this was really not nice. When I returned the truck and told the agent, he said "Yeah, we know". Second I picked the truck up at one location, Greenwich Hardware on Railroad Avenue in Greenwich, CT, but when I returned it there they told me I needed to take it to a different location on Old Track Road. As I had someone coming to pick me up, this was a problem. Would have been nice if they'd told me when I picked it up.
