Middle of nowhere, nowhere to park, gate was locked, poorly lit area, I was scared as it looked like a seedy neighborhood

Le camion était très malpropre et le plein d'essence n'était pas fait. Personnel à l'inscription manquait de compétence.

The guy lost his password for the system and we had to wait over 30 minutes. Whole process took 1:30 hours. Location is dirty. Not welcoming. Employee is not well trained. No explanation of the contract.

When i arrived truck not avaliable and i had to spend a hour with custumer service to fix the problem i had to pay extra to take another truck ...no help at all not even a credit since the truck has not avalible . Not a got service over all

Although I was a bit late the truck was still covered with snow and the snow plowed the days before was still blocking the passage. Even with the on-line check-in I wasted about 30 minutes filling the paperwork and getting the truck cleaned up and ready to go. Also, the software is designed for US only. I had to enter a postal code to process the form but it did not accept the Canadian code which is a mix of 6 numbers and letters. I had to enter a fake 12345. I hope I am not charged in US$! The advertised cost for a day is 19.95$ but at the end of the day it had changed to 25$. The personnel on staff were accommodating but the software used needs to be adapted for use in Canada.

When we ask to change the email adress to our account many times it would be appreciated that the request be done since the email adress belongs to an employee thats been gone for two years...

he try to force me to buy insurance when i have it on my personnal one and on my credit card and he was really rude when i told him 2 time he tried to sneak it on the bill but i cut him before paying

La location était super. Le personnel sympathique. Mais le service clientèle mon mal informés. On m'avais suggéré de prendre un 10 pied au lieux d'un pick up pour la rampe d'accès. Puisque le pick up en possède pas. À ma grande surprise rendu sur le lieux de déménagement je n'en avait pas. Je n'avais pas pensé regardé puisqu'on mavais dit qu'il en aurait. Mes déménageur n'était pas content. Ils on du forcé pour entrer les meubles lourd et qqun c'est blessé. Je suis insatisfaite et fâché au près du service clientèle téléphonique u-aul.

receive a call 30 min before my hour reservation to make sure i wasn't late . employee did not want to wait if I pass my reservation hour .when I get there attaching the trailer was a bit hard du to uneven floor so when he try to attach the trailer he hit my car back door and leave a dent with a few sratches worst experience ever

The location gave me a great service but the uhaul customer service is the worst service ever. Pricing issue, pickup and droping time problem, wrong information, endless waiting time on the line to fix issues. You should chose anything but Uhaul. Never again i will rent something from this company.

J'ai reservé une remorque de12 pieds pour samedi 10 sept à 10h. sur le site internet et au telephone, la surcursale devait ouvrir à 10h, je suis arrivé à 9h50, la clôture de la sucursale était fermé,c'est à 11h05 que la surcursale a ouvert et le preposé de Uhaul n'était pas present, il a fallu qu'on l'appele au telephone pourqu'il vienne et quand il est arrivé il m'a dit qu'il n y avait pas de reservation. Ce retard a eu un gros impact sur mes rendez-vous prévu en journée. Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai eu dans ma vie.

La remorque que l'on m'a loué avait des problèmes de filage et où lumières, l'employé n'a jamais fait de vérification, je m'en suis aperçu sur la route. L'employé ne m'a pas aidé pour l'installation des chaînes. Bref très mauvaise expérience avec l'endroit.

Never signed contract, was supposed to check in by web but clerk just gave me keys and never got to inspect then was charged

Pour le retour du camion c'était plus compliqué j'étais supposé fermer à 4 h je suis arrivé à 3 h - 45 il n'y avait pas personne on a réglé ça par téléphone après

The driveway was very narrow and the trailer was difficult to access. The employee had no idea how the system worked and I had to help him understand what to do.

Le commerçant avait du retard le jour où nous sommes allés chercher le véhicule et le lendemain au moment d’aller le remettre, il avait encore une heure de retard……… alors qu’il était supposé être ouvert depuis 10 heures le matin. Nous aimerions recevoir un crédit pour être dédommagés pour la perte de temps que nous avons subie….. le service était vraiment médiocre.

à l'instantNOUVEAU J'ai loué un uhaul la. Pire expérience de ma vie. La gars semblait même pas savoir comme fonctionne sont système. Le truc de location a tombé en panne pendant mon déménagement. Ça m'a pris jusqu'à 23h le soir au téléphone pour parler avec le service a la clientèle en ANGLAIS.. 5 jours plus tard. Je reçois une facture de 1084$!!!! Le gars est tellement crosseur qui a essayé de faire passer le bris de sont camion sur mon dos!!! Il dit que j'ai mi du diesel dedans! Petite nouvelle pour toi, c'est un pompiste qui a mi l'essence, j'ai la facture qui est de l'essence ORDINAIRE!!! La pompe où je me suis arrêté (la numéro 2 qui est inscrit sur la facture) n'a même pas de diesel!!!! Faite pas affaire avec ce gars là!!!

j'ai perdu 1 hrs a cause que le camion était pris dans la glace ,,,le responsable ne semblait pas savoir comment régler la situation ,j'ai été obliger de l'aider a casser la glace ,,,
