Trailer ball securement needs attention, was getting loose on the way home. Otherwise was simple transition to pick up and drop off equipment.

The guy at the depot was no help. Couldn't answer a question, and was rude.
WILLIAM DThe location was one hour from where I was supposed to pick it up in Winnipeg. This was a new location and the person was extremely nice, but not educated to run this business. He did not comment on a gasoline, cleanliness or choice the vehicle.
