Had a little trouble with a reservation that got canceled some kind of way. Took a little bit to get it straightened out, but ultimately it was fixed and we were on our way. Thanks for the help. Still giving them 5 stars as they are new to Uhaul, and did resolve my issue. I'd recommend Gulf Coat Rental.
RICHEY OAlthough the rented truck was clean and operational, it was not well-maintained for function: extremely sluggish engine lagged for speed, exterior mirror holders were rusted, and mirrors shifted and moved during travel. The best part of the overall experience was dealing with the renter, Rebecca, who was wonderful.
