The location had nothing to do with my experience, the canal road employees were great. My problem was with the equipment. I rented a 15' truck and the only thing available was a 26' truck.

Overall, my experience was very good. I have rented from Uhaul approx 5 times in the last 4 months. My only criticism has nothing to do with the location but I believe everything to do with the Uhaul computer system they use. I reserve online and answer all questions regarding my towing vehicle and the system makes them ask me all the questions over again in person. This results in a much slower check out process and it could be sped up dramatically. Other than that, no complaints.
