I wouldn’t send anyone to this location. They were not on-site when I dropped my truck off. I returned it with more fuel than what it had when I picked it up yet they still tried charged me $67 in fuel charges. They were supposed to call me to discuss before charging my card which they did not. After trying to charge my card I called them to discuss. She couldn’t help me and gave me another number but they couldn’t help me until she closed out my rental which she hadn’t done. So I called her back to tell her that and she was very rude. Didn’t know what was going on and didn’t try to help me at all. Also tried to charge my card a second time. No one ever called me back from the other number to finish disputing the charges I didn’t incur so I just called my bank and had to tell them what was going on and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one so they couldn’t charge me. I would not recommend. Even though I took pictures when I picked up and dropped off it didn’t matter they were not willing to remove those charges.

STEVEN CThe location had nothing to do with my experience, the canal road employees were great. My problem was with the equipment. I rented a 15' truck and the only thing available was a 26' truck.
Robert BOverall, my experience was very good. I have rented from Uhaul approx 5 times in the last 4 months. My only criticism has nothing to do with the location but I believe everything to do with the Uhaul computer system they use. I reserve online and answer all questions regarding my towing vehicle and the system makes them ask me all the questions over again in person. This results in a much slower check out process and it could be sped up dramatically. Other than that, no complaints.
