Everything was excellent, and the gentleman who took care of us , had excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly, kind, and professional, he made our moving day start of easy.

Dayna LAfter being sent to 2 different locations we arrived her as our 3rd attempt at a return. The 1st location refused our return. The 2nd location didn't exist. This location walked us through the steps to call customer service and get the return approved at his shop. The employee was kind and helpful and even encouraged us to stay warm inside while we waited.
ANGEL BI had no interaction with anyone here, just a drop off point. However,, it was a convenient spot for just this use.
Erick JWe went in at 12:30 to pick up truck, but didn't leave the Gulf station until an hour later. We were having problems with the computer and registering the order.

John SThere is little to no cell phone reception at this location making checking in slow to nearly impossible. After I got my truck and got home, I opened the back of the truck and found not a single additonal item I paid for was in there ie dollies, hand trucks, blankets. I called the store and they basically told me "I don't know what to tell you, call Uhaul." I called Uhaul and they said I should have never been charged for these items since that location doesn't have them. Great, I'm moving in less than 12 hours, now what. Called the regional Uhaul line and they told me to just go to the main Uhaul rental location in Manchester where the woman working there also had no idea what to do and told me I was going to have to pay for them again but of course I couldn't do that because I have a temporary paper drivers license and they don't accept those. I called the regional Uhaul number again and they said they would call the store. Go back in and the store says we aren't supposed to take orders from them. She calls her boss and they finally agree to just give me what I already paid for. What a waste of an hour of my life on one of the most stressful days I've had in the past decade. Thanks Uhaul for your ineptitude and the stress you caused me. I should be be reimbursed for the pain and suffering I dealt with due to your idiocy.
