The cup holder was very dirty with sticky spots. The back of the truck looked like it hadn't been swept out prior to our rental.

JOSEPH PSpoke to the 800 customer service after booking regarding any type of Discount(Military/First responder/AAA, etc) they said the local store usually does this. I had picked a local store for pickup who I have rented with before and does this but my pickup was moved to another location which was not a U-Haul franchise but rather a gas station. The clerk there said that Uhaul corporate would give the discounts not myself. I do know Penske gives 15% military and 10-12%AAA. So next rental will be Penske for sure. I did Penske last year and it was great experience. The Uhaul truck was good just upset about the runaround regarding promotion or discount!!
