Uhaul and every single representative made ZERO effort to help me while I was stranded in the dark trying to pickup my UHAUL. I paid $50 for an Uber from the airport to drop me off at an unlit parking lot at 9pm and a UHAUL app that was absolutely a PIECE OF SHIT. I had to call UHAUL 4 different times while nobody actually helped me accomplish anything.... luckily for me an employee at this location just happened to stop by and was the ONLY REASON I was able to leave with a truck. The uhaul reps on the phone at main line and truck share offered zero help and insulted me by interrogating me with questions and all this other garbage.. they woke my parents back home with some stupid verification call all of which was never mentions when I first asked uhaul about renting after hours and they said just show up open app and grab truck.
RICK DThe area/place is so sketchy. I would have preferred to go to an actual UHaul Store than pick-up the crack on a place where nobody was there to ask about the process.

JUNIOR ANo one in person to assist with reservation. Dolly was reserved but not provided. Auto transport had broken latch, 2 tires went flat just as we got out of the state of TX, one had a broken valve and could hardly be aired up. Return location was changed from reservation without any notification.
Su TMake sure that the customer service representatives have been trained correctly. Enduring that they provide the customer with all the information needed for picking up after hours, so that the customer is not inconvenienced
