The area/place is so sketchy. I would have preferred to go to an actual UHaul Store than pick-up the crack on a place where nobody was there to ask about the process.

JUNIOR ANo one in person to assist with reservation. Dolly was reserved but not provided. Auto transport had broken latch, 2 tires went flat just as we got out of the state of TX, one had a broken valve and could hardly be aired up. Return location was changed from reservation without any notification.
