Truck was in poor condition. Weather stripping around the drivers door was off when I picked up the truck. I reinstalled the weather stripping, but it wouldn't stay in place during my rental time.
Aaron SDo yourself Favor and do not use the U-Haul at Cross Roads antiques and things. Just utterly dishonest people I rented a U-Haul moved a bedroom suit that is it filled it back up to 3/4 tank where I received it and turned it in and the lady told me she would check me in later. I should’ve known this truck was an accident waiting to happen Bald tires, check engine light on and was disgustingly dirty. Then to top it off this lady I turned it in to at the antique store charges me 49 more dollars for fuel and being dirty. If she’s that dishonest, I promise you she’s dishonest on her antique store too. I’m new to the area and I will do everything. I can to tell everyone I can not to use U-Haul or shop at her antique store.
Richard gGood experience. I may have missed it but I didn't see an after hours key drop. Fortunately the store was still open when I returned.
Pat YWas charged for $8 protection but did not sign up for it.
Jacob NDid not receive final receipt after drop off
MICHAEL TThey are rude. Don’t communicate. I almost died in an accident because of their equipment.
Ji-Fu COne person running a store with two counters serving store customer over U-Haul. Self service trailer hookup. No help or even check on trailer hook up or lights. Very upset I could not get this size trailer at any local stores, had to drive 19 minutes further and back through rush hour.
Kendall RThis operation appears to be a family-run business consisting of college-age son, Mom, and Dad. My 5X8 trailer was booked online, and an appointment was made for 2:00 pm to pick it up. I was the only customer in the store when I showed up. The son was on duty. He said my paper looked fine and immediately got on two different phones in an apparent effort to figure out what to do. But he would not tell me this for his own reasons. Finally, after 20 minutes of being stalled for an unknown reason I indicated I would not wait through anymore soda pop ring-ups. He then gave me the trailer's serial number and told me to find it, hook up, and return to the front so he could get a picture. Upon doing all that, Mom had arrived and took the picture with zero explanation or apology. Dad was at the store when I returned the trailer and asked me if I cleaned it. After I replied in the affirmative, he wrote the serial number on his hand and told me to park the trailer. He then confirmed there was no reason for me to come back in the store. It took more than a week for the return receipt to show up in my email. U-Haul has always treated me better than that since I first started renting from them in the Eighties. Avoid this store.
Tom WThis drop off location business was fine. It’s U-Haul that needs to make improvements.
Molly DThey could not help fixing the mileage
Robert DThey were extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all!! They stopped checking me out to rent my truck to help 4 other people. Thankfully one lady said no finishing helping her please! I have never had worst customer service! They also ended up charging me $45 extra by the end of it. I demand a refund. I will also be calling to report this horrible pick up site.
Michaela Dquick and smooth rental
Richard CUnderstaffed, rude, equipment isn't inspected for issues and when you have issues they pass you off to customer service. They do not need to be a U-Haul dealer.
Chris WIt was a perfect drop off location.
Joey BWorst customer service ever.
kathryn fThe store manager was Indian origin and very difficult to understand. I had to call U-Haul agent to get to change the amount he wanted me to pay. It took a hour to get thru the rental app before he finally issued me a key. Not only was he having difficulty, we were constantly interrupted for customers purchasing food.
ROBERT Wgreat place and very good manager there
RICHARD CI booked online and was to receive a call back for confirmation the day before pickup. I didn’t receive a call, I had to make the call. My suggested pickup location was changed. I understand the location I picked didn’t have it but the pickup location assigned was not on the route I was going. Could have touched base with me to see what other options available. You have no ideal what I’m doing or where I’m was going. Communication is key 👀 Also pickup location spoke no English
Benny BItems I ordered were not ready. No furniture dolly, not enough furniture pads, yet they still charged me for them. Owner argued with me over it. Not a good experience at this location.

Michael HDO. NOT. RECOMMEND. - Significant safety issues and lack of trained personnel will result in personal injury to you and others. This was my experience returning an auto trailer. After maneuvering the trailer to the spot the U-Haul representative requested, I parked my truck and exited to observe the rep remove the trailer. As he was cranking the lifter leg down, he directed me to remove some chains and wiring. I told him I'm not sure what he's asking and it'd be better if he did it. He continued cranking and pointed to where he wanted me to remove them. Again, I stated it'd be better if he did it. Every other location for every other move we've done has done all the work and provided complete answers to questions; why not here? Lack of training. The lifter leg hadn't touched the ground and he moved to remove the chains and the wiring. While doing this, he removed the cotter pin for the hitch and asked me, "Is the hitch yours?", and I stated, 'Yes, I bought it in Florida.' So, he put the pin back in. With the lifter leg still not touching the ground, he asked that I help him lift the trailer off of the hitch. I was sure it wouldn't work given the weight of the empty trailer, but I 'tried' to help anyway ... didn't budge. He moved something and asked I help lift again, I 'tried' ... didn't budge. He then resumed cranking the lifter leg down and when it touched the ground, he said, "You're all set, you can go.", and started walking away. Checking the hitch, the ball was still completely covered by the trailer cap/cover. I yelled to him to come back and he waved his arm and said, "You can go." I yelled the trailer is still connected, I can't go. Safety and training issue. He reluctantly came back and I pointed to him where it was still connected. So, he again cranked the lifter leg down more until finally the cap was completely off the hitch ball. Before I pulled way, I checked the cotter pin he replaced, and it wasn't engaged and likely would have fallen off as I drove. If the hitch came off on the highway, likely would've caused an accident. So, significant safety issues: - Incorrectly installed cotter pin, hitch would likely have come off potentially injuring others. Also, had I been picking up, not dropping off, and he installed the pin as he did, could've been a tragic accident causing failure. - Advising me that he had removed the trailer successfully, but actually not, and me driving away was a potential for risk of injury to me and him and damage to my vehicle. - Imagine an inexperienced renter trusting this U-Haul personnel to connect the trailer? DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
DANIEL AMake sure the ordered equipment is on site
Dillon Teverything was great...can't think of anything
RICHARD CI called a number associated with a location closer to my move. Yet, the truck was scheduled for pickup at a different location. Pickup was at a convenience store where everything was done on a cell phone by employees at the store. Unfortunately, we also could not understand the employees. So between trying to interpret and using a tiny cell phone screen, things were just really uncomfortable and extremely unclear. I have no idea if I paid what I should have or not. I would highly recommend a true local experience if anyone asks me. And I certainly will not be using UHaul again.
Paulette DThe location was a rat hole with people that were not very equipped to perform needed duties. On top of that the trailer wasn’t big enough for our needs and I brought it back 45 minutes after I got it but was still billed for 2 days and had terrible time with customer service to get anything corrected. Not impressed with your organization
Roger AI would not recommend renting a trailer from this location. They did not provide any assistance with hookup. No vehicle inspection was provided. No safety checks. The agent did not even walk me to the unit. I rented a large 6’ by 12’ trailer that has approximately a 100 lbs tongue weight, that i was required to lift without a jack.
Philip WAwesomely great and personable staff!
Terence BI had to wait between customers to be helped. They had me go out and take pictures of the equipment instead of going to look at it. Took way longer than it should have.
Jamie ZThank you for providing this service. The auto transporter worked perfectly. Doug McDaniel
William MI was looking for a 6 x12 trailer in that area because we were cleaning out a storage unit. The only one I could find was at the same location I rented this trailer; but it was broken. I settled for the 5 x 8 and had to make several trips. Not a problem with the equipment. Just it’s availability in that areA.
Joe BI am a 70-year-old disabled man and was "TOLD" that I needed to unhook the utility trailer and separate the rentals; no accommodations were provided for my disability.
John SWe were able to drop off the location in a large parking lot that was spacious, clean and easy to find! Again, thanks UHaul for the assist with my move!
Whitney PGood job!
Brian FHad to call headquarters to get an email saying I had turned in the truck
john mThe Uhaul representative texted me early enough on pick up day to notify that the lights were out on the trailer I was to rent. He promptly re-routed me down the road a couple of miles to a location with a trailer with working lights. This service call saved me time, a possible ticket and moreover increased my safety since it was raining. Superb service! Thanks!
William JThey were very nice and professional.
annie dvery friendly,, plenty parking lot
Hong PThe people running has no ideal how to rent the uhauls out had to keep calling some guy named Mike they wanted me to put my credit card info on there phones very very weird
John MAs soon as the employee saw the UHaul pull up, he came outside and checked us in. I was impressed by this efficiency. The parking lot was big and easy to park the 20 foot truck.
Gregory MDid not think he had the correct truck that I reserved. I had specifically reserved several items for the move....had zero and I had to go to another location to try and get what I needed...they had half of what I reserved..
Deborah REnsure someone can provide the rental in a timely manner.
