Work to reduce wait time
Michael MU-Haul run out of a gas station , liquor , & bait store with 1 employee running all 4 businesses. Had to wait forever at pickup /return, had zero help hooking up /unhooking equipment (heavy!) ..I had to ask a fellow customer for help BOTH TIMES. Rude, unhelpful people who barely speak English. When I complained I was told to call U-Haul so I asked for the number. She said “1-800 something” …not joking. Absolutely pitiful
Benjamin WIt was clean but not inviting. There was a sign on the door that was a little confusing as the sign was saying to go to the other door but yet that door was open.
Steven DPicking up the equipment and taking care of the customer was secondary to the gas station business. Everyone a gas station customer came up they had to attend to them understandably but not a good experience for the uhaul customer.
