First - too much “paperwork” on the iPad when I’d already reserved and done everything online. Second - the trailer they tried to give me was the worst looking one on the lot, license plate was warped and couldn’t be read, so I was afraid we’d be pulled over. Tried to exchange in the store, and was told I needed to call the 800 number. Called, waited on hold for 30+ minutes, to be told they can’t change an active reservation and I needed to speak to the location. Went back inside to ask again and she called someone and had it switched in less than 2 min. So I waited on hold for nothing! Third - the gnat situation at this location is ridiculous. Gnats inside my car, all over the place, at both pickup and return. Something not right because they are nowhere else in the area. I will never rent equipment from this location again, even though it’s only a few min from my house!

it was a 45 minute ordeal, at this location, to rent this truck when I already had a reservation. There were a ton of nats flying around the counter area when checking in and dropping off. I will never rent from this location again

Michael MU-Haul run out of a gas station , liquor , & bait store with 1 employee running all 4 businesses. Had to wait forever at pickup /return, had zero help hooking up /unhooking equipment (heavy!) ..I had to ask a fellow customer for help BOTH TIMES. Rude, unhelpful people who barely speak English. When I complained I was told to call U-Haul so I asked for the number. She said “1-800 something” …not joking. Absolutely pitiful
