Explain certain charges better. (3 gallons of gas, 14 dollars?)

Ronald BI was overcharged. We did not add insurance and when bill was generated they added it on. When i requested a refund he said he would take care of it. Have yet to receive it.
Ronald BRental place was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even after business hours, Michael answered all of my questions and made the process very easy. He was a lifesaver!

Joseph CThis site was fantastic. With the initial reserved rental at a shop in shelocta wasting over an hour of my time. Not being in the shop for pick up at 9 am we had to change our reservation to a 24/7 rental which wouldn't have matter had the key been in the box. Customer service helped me change to this location and he was absolutely wonderful. Great communication. Everything was ready to go even with a same morning rental. Even though I was delayed over an hour we were able to go to the 2nd shop and things went smoothly for the rest of the trip. He was on top of everything. The shop in shelocta pa needs to be more diligent like the one in kittanning.
Britany PGood location to drop off. Only issue is that there is no one there to dictate where the truck should be parked or a secure location to even drop the keys. Better guidance on this would be nice!
Breanna HBooked my reservation almost 2 weeks in advance. I called two days before my pickup and was told that my truck was given to another person on a one way trip after my reservation was made and they no longer had my truck. I then had to scramble and talk to a boss man who could help me find another location with a truck. I originally reserved at a tractor supply place so I could talk to a person who could help me. But my truck ended up being at a storage unit place where I couldn't speak to a person face to face. It was my first time using Uhaul. Also, there was bad cell service there so my return of vehicles process wasn't working. I called the boss man back so he could manually handle my information for me. Boss man was nice and very helpful. But the whole process I went through could have easily been avoided.

Jennifer DI had very little cell service at this location and it was difficult to use the mobile check in/out process because of that.
Kevin BTo have better cell phone service and I think I got ripped off. I was suppose to pick It up one place and than drop it off another place causing the miles to rack up to Pay more money. I didn’t get til leave the parking lot til almost 4:30. I don’t think I’ll be using this company any more. I put a lot of money into this the last month or so and it’s just not worth the fees.

Taylor GWould rent here again but only if I’ve had verbal communication with proprietor. The online access was easy to use but the reservation was a little late, probably could have been avoided if I would have called ahead.
