I had the truck for 9 hours and was charged for 2 days because of whether delays. Your advertising states 29.95 a day; last time I checked a day is 24 hours.

I received my invoice and it is incorrect. I was charged for extra days and for insurance that was declined. Sandy (the store agent) agrees that the above is correct but says she cannot change the invoice. She suggested I contact UHAUL directly and I am currently on hold (over 6 minutes) waiting for an agent to help.

The on-line system to pick up the vehicle was a complete failure. I added all of my information (several times), got to the portion where I needed to click on the two documents and confirm I had read them and the system would not allow me to go finish. It would pull up each document but there was not a "done" button and, if you exited the document, it put you back to the beginning to add my information. I had to wait until a person was there to complete my order, she also had issues, and I lost nearly two hours of time. I should also note that your invoice shows $0 for the charges, which is completely useless to me.
