The Location and truck were fine.....what is absolutely screwed up is U-haul's 24/7 share process in it's own! I arrived at 7 am to pickup my truck, I didn't leave the lot until 7:41 because of the process. It was so slow and tedious. Then when I returned it my wife and I sat in a dark parking lot for almost a half hour because of the tedious process of taking all the pictures. Come up with something better! I will NEVER use this process again...it is horrendous! Small bit of advice....remove the decimal point in the odometer reading when you try to enter your return milage...where in the Hell have you ever see a decimal point in milage????? TERRIBLE!!!!Christopher H.

The truck seemed like it had seen better days and might be due for some maintenance, but otherwise was fine! Fairly easy process and made my move much easier!Chasidy P.
Mobile pick up would not work at all. Back up and side viewcamera would be amazing can get one that goes where rear view mirror would normally be. Other than that the only thing I would say is that the truck shifted really hard and would also downshift when coasting way to soon witch would make the truck jerk forward and rev very highTyler J.

It was U-Haul I had an issue with. I rented a truck online on 3/9/20 for 3/14/20 from 8 am to 10 pm. Then on Friday morning 3/13/20 I realized I needed to pick it up a day early so I called to see if I could add on a day and pick it up 3/13/14 at 6 pm. Talked to Bobby at uhaul 800 number who set it up and then she had me call a another number for a scheduler to verify. Well when we picked it up it was saying online on the mobile truck share that it had to be back by 8 am on 3/14. Had to call and fix all that. I had also rented this for a pick up location of new Salem pa and they didn't have the equipment so I have a voice mail from Uhaul stating I will get charged only .79 cents a mile and I'm being charged .99 cents. Since the location was way outta my way. I Also have a charge on my card for gas and a $20 fee and I put gas in it like I was Suppose to. This was not a good experience and I want reimbursement.Kyler C.

The office staff was very nice and helpful, however the equipment stopped working a few hours after we received it. Due to this, we lost two days of travel. Getting the equipment fixed/swapped out was a giant debacle. We stopped in a place in downtown Toledo per customer service instruction and were told that place did not fix trailers, so we were sent to a secondary location that was very hard to navigate. When we were there, they told us our RV was the problem and refused to help us at all. After a second call with customer service, we were directed to a third location that was very helpful and let us swap out the trailer. It worked, so obviously it was not our RV as we had been told. All was well until we were to return the trailer, so ill finish the story in that comment section. (It seems the car hauler trailers also are in quite shorter supply than demand)clint K.

I gave a 5 star rating for the workers customer service and helpfulness throughout my uhaul experience. She was very friendly and was able to work with me. The only thing I would suggest is getting another 10 Truck or pickup because I had to get the biggest available truck 20. It cos me more money then I wanted and expected to spend but I needed my two furniture items moved asap.Lakayla T.

poor maintenance on wheel bearings led to tire blowout brake shoes were essentially non existent, paper thin 600 miles into trip we had to switch trailers in. Ballwin MO. dealer there was very helpful. better trailer worked very nicely on the last 1700 miles without problemJeffrey R.

The yard manager was fantastic... courteous, friendly, professional, thorough. Couldn't ask for more. HOWEVER, this was not the location I booked. You should immediately discontinue rentals for your location at 48A Monroe in Uniontown, PA. The place is a complete dump, literally (used tires and dismantled cars everywhere), and no one was there to receive my calls, let alone transact a rental. Their address isn't even prominently displayed on the building. Thankfully your national staff was on the ball and saved the day. It's no wonder the person that previously rented my trailer didn't leave it there, and went to 55 Atlas instead. You should send someone from another location there to take photos.BRET S.

We reached out to UHaul about potentially adding another day due to the issues and delays receiving the truck and were told that it was impossible. At the same time, the office said if we returned it after hours before 7 AM this morning, that we would not be charged. Now I received a notification that I was being charged the extra day, that I was told I could not have and we did have everything there with more gas than we received the truck. This is poor customer service and no way to work with a customer that was still picking up the pieces from the company's scheduling mishap. I will never rent from UHaul again!Mark M.
