As someone who came to this uhaul pickup for the first time there’s not a ton of signage that point you to the office where you go for check-in & using GPS didn’t help much once you arrive. Uhaul trucks were easy to find, but the building itself was a little challenging to find.

The business owner was very rude. Not sure if he was just having a bad day, but I was very uncomfortable around him. I felt like I was putting him out by needing assistance attaching a car trailer to the truck. Every time I had a question, he answered in a snide manner. Thankfully there was another man there who gladly helped me and answered my questions. I can't rate higher than a 3 due to the rudeness of the business owner though.

David RThere was zero communication that this location rents only through the app. You cannot interact with someone in person. The issue is that the website gave me a choice if I wanted to check in with a staff member or if I wanted to check in through the app (I selected check in with staff). If they are only allowing app check in, then an interaction with a person should not be an option at all when making a reservation. We have no problem with the set up, but this caused a ton of confusion for us until we finally spoke to someone that made it clear we would have to check in on the app. Please update your site to remove the in person check in option. I’m a millennial savvy with tech and had issues. Can’t imagine how difficult this would be for someone who is old.

Yam DThe rental facility did not appear to have an office/store, just a fenced parking lot. Someone met me at the gate, directed me to a trailer, hooked me up and sent me on my way. When I returned during business hours, no one was around to help me unhook the trailer. I backed into the site where the trailer was originally parked, followed online instructions for after hours returns and left. Poor customer service!

ROHIT SWas a great experience. If I had one thing I would change It would have been nice if the truck was full when i got it. It was at 7/16 full and to fill back up to 7/16 was a bit of a guess. I didn't want too fill the tank up if I wasn't to get credit for the extra gas.

Caleb KI had trouble with the app checking in and it finding my location. Lucky someone was there and saw me in their camera. She called me and gave me instructions on coming inside to check in with her. It is so much easier to check in in person. Hopefully I won't have to use the app with my next rental.
NELL HI drove myself and didn’t know where to park my car while I used the U-Haul van. Therefore, I parked my car where the U-haul van was sitting. It must have been okay because my car was still there when I returned the van. It would have been nice to see signage for customers to know where to park.

Jimmy LThe only problem that we have is that when we made the reservation, they said the total bill would be $68 and some change the bill that I received is $96.59. The $68 bill was for a 5 x 10 trailer when we went to pick it up they only had a 6 x 12. Made the reservation on the phone with U-Haul corporate.

CHRISTOPHER MI was only given 46 miles with my U-Haul. The distance from the pick up location to my apartment was 7.5 miles. The distance from my apartment to my new house was 41 miles. Once we got everything unpacked, the drive to a gas station in the city of the drop location was 12 miles, followed by a 2 mile drive to the drop off location. I had to pay $17 because I went over 16 miles. Give people more mileage so this doesn’t happen. I was not happy with it.
