The truck was very old and banged up. It was loud like the exhaust needs repaired. I ordered 10 furniture pads and they were not on the truck Overall grade D-

justin sScanning of QR code didn't work to get keys and check in with app. Luckily a very nice uhaul repair person was there and called district manager to help us since no one picked up when we called the number for HTF .
BRIAN TKinda confusing, no building. Locked gate when we arrived, had to wait a few minutes. But they were friendly and it was easy.
