There was a issue the U-Haul website. It took us almost 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time to get our truck. Maybe you should update your system
Regina MNot a big deal my reservation was for noon went to location no one was there I called the number and she said that she had an emergency that she would be there soon I didn't get no response till 1:30 in the afternoon but that's the only thing with that was wrong
