Everything went smooth. I was even able to pick-up the truck (through the U-Haul app) before the location opened... that was a bonus!

Bradley PHTF AUCTION SERVICES U HAUL are great people to work with. Always helpful. I've rented 2 trucks and 4 or 5 trailers in the last month and a half for a move. Never been disappointed. TIP: When you pull into the lot, you wont see an "office" but they will be on site to sign you out at the time you put down for a rental pickup. They have always pulled up to help within 5 minutes of the 9 am pickup time I've set. You cant beat them for service and access to equipment. Good people to work with.
