I had this truck rental for less than 4hrs and was charged an extra $40.00/ day for a truck rental that I turned in on the same day. Why!?
Moses BU haul was fine but the gas station was very unprofessional, they do not speak English mostly, they couldn’t understand basic English and couldn’t help us hook up the trailer. The gas perk asked to see my credit card without a payment processor device which violates PCI-DSS compliance. You should consider terminating your partnership with this dealer.
Kaleb MThis gas station was dirty. It took a long time for the manager to help me due to the influx of customers to his primary business. The establishment was not in an area of town I felt comfortable standing around by myself in. When we went out to the trailer the light connection on his end was broken. The manager attempted to fix, but could not. I suggested he just remove one from another one of his trailers to try, that one worked. I was helping the manager attach my uhaul trailer and the manager made uncomfortable comments about me "being pretty" but I needed to be patient with him. I had already spent almost an hour here waiting for the ipad for rental to work and for him to help his other customers and at no time tried to "rush" him. If I was assigned to pick a uhaul up from this establishment again, I would call to change to another location.
Alexandra SThere should be a warning label for this drop off location. Only use if you have the life experience to manage homeless individuals with mental health conditions that frighten the average citizen. Luckily, I am a mental health professional who has experience with vulnerable populations.

Sean MThis was the worst u-haul pick up ever! The store smelled of marijuana. Neither of the two clerks spoke enough English to complete the pick up process. They kept telling me to “come back tomorrow”. Finally they just said “you pay online” and motioned for me to take the equipment. No photos, no inspection and no checking of how it was hitched. Good thing this wasn’t my first time. Thank goodness that your employee Jasmine called me a hour after I picked up the equipment and completed the contact with me on the phone.
Lawrence VGood experience. The trailer was nice and clean. Road very well with easy pulling. No issues on trip or renting or returning.
David AThe drop off was a gas station that wasn’t too inviting. I didn’t know it was the U-Haul drop off until I saw another Uhaul parked there so I asked the attendant and he confirmed it was the drop off. The attendant helped me quickly.
Kachia WRented car trolly with truck. I was told I needed to put in the trolly. It wasn’t his responsibility to attach it to truck. Took him 1 hour to check us in online
Beth NThey had no idea how to check people out and it took over a hour. When I first said I had a reservation they told me they don't rent then out they just park then here
Justin BNot only did we not recieve the dolly we rented, causing our moving time to triple, when we asked the associate about the dolly we were told they don't have a dolly and he couldn't help us. There was 0 gas in the truck meaning we had to get gas just to leave our pickup location. It took us almost 20 minutes to be able to take the truck, the app does not work and we had to use the actual website even though the website kept urging us to use the app. We were then charged an additional $17 because supposedly we were over milage when the only distance we went was from our moving address to our new address. I have been using uhaul for the past 30 years for over 20 moves and this will be our last time using uhaul services. Not only did this experience put a horrible taste in our mouths but a move that should have taken 8 hours took close to 16.
