John CThis location always works good for me when in the area. Wanted to let you know that on this day when I opened the box door of the truck there were bugs running everywhere. I attempted to sweep them out. Upon return I did notify the dealer about this issue. A visit from an exterminator is in order. Thank you. PS: is there any way that my online account can save my drivers license photo? I have to upload the front and back every single rental when making my online reservations for check in. Thanks.

Anne HThe attendant was professional and courteous -- much more than I can say for the vendor at the Lucas Fuel location on 27th who was rude, did not tell me I needed to call the 800 number to change my pickup time when I called the day before. Told me he would make a note, not a problem and took my name. Then when I showed up 5 minutes before the new pick-up time my reservation was cancelled. When I questioned him - he hung up on me. I got the reservation reinstated then he refused to give me the truck. Michelle at the 800 number was GREAT -- sent me to Halls Automotive and all was well!
Theresa WUpon arrival as indicated by the owner he directed me to park the Cabin. He was responsive, helped me unhook the cabin as well as the hitch. He quickly processed my drop off paperwork. I did not have to wait to complete admin process.

jim bcustomer service at the pickup location was on point. trailer was fine. towing my vehicle and i got pulled over for the plate on the trailer being completely unreadable. called roadside assistance because theres no option for customer service on the phone because the officer wanted to talk to a uhaul rep and the lady on the phone was completely useless. instead of transferring the call to someone that could help she just kept telling myself and the officer “haha sorry thats not really my department i’m just roadside”

Lisa AThe transporter in my opinion need three new tires, but I took anyway. Which was a bad idea because on my second day of travel it blew a tire. Which was very scary for for a few seconds with the transporter swaying all over the road. It had my wife 2022 Toyota Highlander on the transporter. I tried to talk the mechanic to change out the other two tires with new ones he had on the truck. He said that the other tires were ok, and he would not sent me off on bad tires. Well that night when we got to the hotel there was another tire that was just a minute from blowing out. The second guy that came out did not call me to let me know that he was there to change the tires. I waited up an extra hour plus to hear that he came and left with a word. That in turn into a few hours less sleep for me and the wife. So overall this was a very shitty experience.

Samantha TUhaul needs to have enough utility Dollie’s in their markets to handle customer demand. It also needs to notify customers in advance of their arrival that they don’t have one if it’s ordered. It’s too late to make new plans by the time one picks up the truck if we don’t have a dolly to use. Poor planning mom the part of Uhaul’s reservation system. Your operators called 6 locations and I had called 3 before we found a utility dolly for our move and I had to pay for it TWICE. TWICE. I was offered credit on a future move. Seriously. That’s it. Horrible.
