How U-Haul Reviews WorkPrompt friendly service and great truck.
James CThe van's radio did not work. Also, there appeared to be a governor on the engine. The max speed was 75mph which, when trying to pass on an Interstate was quite restricting. Would not rent this vehicle again.l
Ross CThe truck could not be checked in when we returned it. The check-in person was on the phone. So the person at the location took our keys, and checked us in later. Thankfully everything was ok. The location and process were fine. It was easy to park the truck, they have a lot of room.
Karen MThe trailer I needed was readily available and hooked up in minutes. It was in great shape and did my job.
