I will never rent from uhaul or recommend uhaul to anyone. Charging $1.19 a mile on top of the rental fee is ridiculous! No free 100 miles just an addedon fee where ever you drive! I'll stick to penske or any other moving truck rental company!

I have been a customer for five years. The only thing that was a negative would be large pot holes in the payment but they recently have been filled. I would definitely be a repeat customer if the need arrived again.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a U-Haul. The equipment was not very clean. One of my chairs that I moved in. It got its foot soiled with what looks to be motor oil. All in all, it was the best experience of the U-Haul out of my 58 years.

This was a great facility. I used them for 10 years and the staff was friendly and professional. The price and location was the best. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nice storage unit that is maintained and affordable.

I arranged unloading help in Robertsdale , Alabama through U-Haul. They never contacted me, and they did not show up at all. Very disappointing!

Monica Compton is a superstar!!! I made the mistake of ordering wayyy too many cover blankets and she had my back!!! She knows her stuff and is so nice and professional about making sure you know how to keep from getting extra charges when renting. She was pleasantly helpful, fast and got my move going in short order while making sure I understood everything! Smooth and easy! Thanks again, Monica!!! I’ll always go here for my transport needs because of your care!

The pick up wsa great. Monica was wonderful. The truck broke down and we were left in the truck on the side of the road for approximately 7 hours. It took 2 hours to have someone come and say the engine was shot and 2 hours later the started looking for a tow and an hour and a half after that smoeone came and towed the truck to a location that had a replacement truck and 7 and 1/2 hours later we were at a different turck where we unloaded and reloaded the truck. which Marthat paid us $500.00 to reload our turck since there was no one readily available to do this. That took two hours for us to do. then it took another 2 hours to get to the desitnation we were aprroximately 1 1/2 hours from when we broke down. We were told we would be refunded $250 for this. That does not seem appropriate to us as we were never asked if we had food and water and the high was busy with high winds that day. No one rtold us to put out our triangles either not even the gentleman that checked out the truck and moved it farther from the road side. Muy husband shared that information with us. We were not close to any facilities. It was not a fun day for sure. So don't think we will be recommending your company.

Monica was a great help with my check in and hook up. I had a bad fuse so the lights didn’t work. I was able to go around the corner to a parts store and pick up a new fuse and was on my way in just a few minutes.

I was being rude too when explaining the rates since it was my first time moving. My apple iPad fell out my purse the next day I called for it and they Said it was not in there and I had dropped the truck off at 4:56 when I arrived the worker was leaving did not check the truck just got the keys and left.

Communication will be great especially when you reserve for a location and it's not at the location. When you have representatives make a change and you still have to go somewhere else o pick up it's not pleasant. I was inconvenienced three times this was not a great experience for my first time. The associate at this location was nice and I was discounted for the inconvenience. Thanks

Just a shotty day and got soaked in the rain while having to take a effing pictures to prove I brought the truck back in good condition.

The person working at Hamiton Storage was very nice and did a good job. The u-Haul app and the website are inadequate. I was prompted to check in early, requiring me to capture pictures of my driver's license. I installed the app and followed the instructions, completing the self check-in successfully, according the app and your website. When I arrived at Hamilton Self Storage, I was informed that I had not successfully checked in and that my ID was required again. That was a poor experience, and made me feel uneasy about the entire process. I don't like photo copies being made of my ID unnecessarily. Room for improvement with your dev team. If anything fraudlent occurs with my ID, I know where to point the authorities.

U-Haul offered a free month of storage with trailer rental. Did NOT utilize a unit because you do not participate in this program. Rented there before for years.Girl at counter rather rude about it.
