I was impressed with the ride and handling of the truck. Wasn't looking forward to driving 1,200 miles in a U-Haul but it handled nicely and the seats were comfortable.

I made three phone calls to customer support. The first two calls were the same employee who was very kind and helpful. My pickup location had to be changed due to unavailability of the truck I needed. I asked on the second call if I could change my drop off location also. She assured my this was no problem. This call was made 24 hours prior to my reservation. When I went to return my truck my account had the original location instead of the one it was supposed to be changed to. I called customer support to get it changed. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me that I was not allowed to change the location after I picked up the truck. I had to explain to her that I had made previous call before my reservation to change it and was told it was no problem and would be changed. She told me that she was change it for me this time but next time I rented I would not be allowed to change it and needed to have things figured out prior to my reservation. She was very rude and made me feel as if I didnt know what I was talking about.

Interior of the trailer was not swept clean. Also, the right upper corner of the swing out door leaked rain water I found out after my arrival to my destination.

I dropped the truck off around 5pm on day 2 but had 3 to complete the move. They were closed so I put the keys in the drop box. There was nothing on the contract stating a return time. In hindsight I should have called to confirm. My bad, however, the facility was quick to charge me for another day without checking the contract update giving me an extra day. She quickly corrected the charge after I called and she confirmed the extra day.



Very Friendly and the hole process was very quick and painless. Would use this location in the future if need to rent any equipment.

Due to Uhaul not being able to provide the truck that I originally reserved I had to drive a hour to get to this truck. The price that I was quoted was not honored so I was charged more and had to drive farther to pick it up.

The lady was very friendly but the lights on the trailer did not work so we had to go bullfrog mart to get another one.. only to find out it was not the trailor but something with the truck! KB at bullfrog mart in hornlake took really good care of me and I had no worries! Left the truck with him and he called roadside assistance they fixed the problem and KB called me when it was ready! I had a good experience because of him.

The lady that’s normally there can be a little crabby. Last year I rented a U-Haul for a yard sale and she said all of the trucks have ramps. I rented the small 10’ foot which didn’t have a ramp and I was told it was. The lady working today was very nice and very helpful and did a wonderful job!!

Exceptional service and experience, but did have an equipment problem and insurance saved me ---PLEASE TAKE HEED OF ADVICE --- needed emergency tow dolly -- only 1 on lot , just before closing -- clerk rented quickly and very efficiently, was very courteous and helpful -- offered insurance and said if not purchased, then any damages to uhaul would be paid by customer at return of dolly -- I did buy insurance for $8.00 -- when hooking up I noticed plastic fender had small split about 4 inches at bottom when rented & not discussed with clerk as assumed rentals have bumps / blemishes ----she had however taken several photos when rented to us and assumed she knew of split - also I had purchased insurance --after unloading towed vehicle 65 miles from home & while returning home with empty tow dolly, fender split 12 to 15 inches from bottom up onto top of fender, severing it into and hanging off side of wheel --could not proceed without repair or would have lost fender if not secured somehow ---- had looked at dolly several times on return trip to be sure all secure, but a few miles from home this happened---- another motorist helped to tape together to make it home off road --on interstate to return dolly the following day, the split came apart from wind on road , but stayed taped enough to keep together --showed clerk asap when returned & she said insurance would cover -- I WONDER, what would have happened if did not have insurance ? - how much would this have cost me as a customer ? ---tear was from previous split in plastic that tore from unloaded light weight dolly bumping about on road and wind drag, not something customer did--clerk said was not uncommon and she had noticed small tear before I rented & that insurance would cover ---JUST CURIOUS, what would have happened if had not purchased insurance ? --- LESSON , is always look over what you rent before leaving with ANY rental from anyone , take photos and point out anything you notice to employee for possible future problems & ALWAYS ALWAYS get insurance , worth the extra $8.00 --- hope this is helpful for other novices like myself, that would have never expected damages from just driving on road without any customer caused damage

The last time I rented from this location I received a harassing call from this location's staff asking why I had not turned my truck in, even though it was not due back for another 1-2 hrs. Will not rent from here again...

The tire treads were evenly worn but getting thin. Our move was instate approximately 200 miles and it was raining and better tire tread would have been reassuring.



I was not informed there was a mileage overage. The place I turned it in waived it for me. Couple of things were not done, I think if the person I spoke to had full attention on the job and not their children would have helped. She was not there....she was off in another zone a couple of times
