The staff acted like she didn't even give a crap we were there and that it felt like we were bothering her. The truck was horrible! The steering felt so loose that when doing 50 mph or above it gave the death wobble. We had a blow out not due to a nail or anything but due to a heavily dry rotted tire!

We did mobile pick up and everything went a lot smoother than anticipated! Just remember when you are done there is a check in process that requires pictures of odometer etc so don't dump keys in return right away.

The people very nice. However the U Haul office system caused a big delay. The first time I tried to rent a car hauler the clerk and I completed the paperwork but couldn't enter it into the system. I had to cancel because of a deadline. A week later I tried again. Your system had dumped all my info so we had to re-enter it. The car hauler was fine and the return was fast and easy.

We got a call the day before our rental telling us they didn't have the truck we reserved. The truck had been reserved for several weeks. They got us a larger truck but you reserve something you expect for them to have it instead of renting it to someone else.

If you don't have dolly's available then it shouldn't be listed as an option on the website. The equipment's battery died right when we were going to return it. There is no reason for that battery to have died. He had just used it an hour before and no lights were left on. Roadside had to come and jump it and towed it off. They credited us for the fuel we were unable to put in it but billed us for 113 miles when we only used it for 23 miles. My husband had to speak to the Regional Manager to get this corrected. No one else was willing to help us make this right. We've always had issues with Uhaul. I hope to never have to use your equipment again.

I am very disappointed with my rental. Once we started loading boxes, multiple cockroaches started crawling from under the wood paneling and all over the u-haul walls. I called the office twice to see if I could get a different rental, but they did not answer. We drove the u-haul back to the office but they were already closed. We didn't have a choice but to move that day, with the roaches. My stuff is now crawling with them and I am now having to spend the time/money for pest treatment.

26 foot truck inside of bed was filthy and I had to sign off prior to renting truck that it was clean. The dealership never cleaned the bed nor the inside of truck which floor board and console was dirty. Also ironic that the dealership has a detail shop they run as well, how hard then to clean the u haul? Would not recommend this location to anyone, never accommodating nor do they have good customer service. I had to spend 10 minutes or more sweeping the inside bed of truck and found 3 nails and several other items that would damage furniture.
