Everything went smoothly from truck pickup to drop off. I didn't know I would need to list references to be contacted upon pickup which took some extra time. That's only because I'd never used UHaul before. The truck ran smoothly and we got the 26' so everything was able to be loaded and hauled in one trip. I will definitely be using UHaul again for any upcoming moving needs.

Jared WI don't completely believe it was this locations fault or the Uhaul company as a whole. I had a scheduled pick up for 4:00 and received a phone confirmation a couple of days earlier. I arrived at 4:10 and they were closed. No information on how to get the key from the drop box. Called another Uhaul place in south part of town and they had closed at 3:30 but could see that NO KEY was left in a drop box for me. This gentleman made several calls and tracked down the owner of the other company and they sent a former employee to help me get keys to the truck. At 5:00 while I am standing at the original place, I get a text that says my truck is ready for pickup.

BARBRA GWe were charged for 3 gallons of fuel. We filled the fuel tank a little more than half tank just as it was when we picked it up and we’re told it was only at half tank. I took a picture and submitted it at drop off but your site wouldn't upload the picture.

Rob LMake/mark clearly designated spots for dropping off equipment. Was difficult figuring out where to drop off equipment without having to ask staff for help. (Apparently there were vehicles blocking most of the drop off area.)
Jason RI won't ever go back to this location. They told me there was a full tank of gas and that I had to bring it back with a full tank. My fault for not checking immediately but I was on a tight schedule and on my way to my destination I realized the truck had only been given half a tank and yet I had to bring it back with a full gas tank. Is there no one to check to ensure the vehicles have a full tank? Not only that but I arrived back at 5 pm and the place was already closed....weird for a car dealership.
Michael SDisputed start milage, as I only drove truck 2 miles to house, 7 mile to local dump, and 8 miles back to u-haul location. They recorded a start milage which added an additional 22 miles. Manager wasn't present to discuss discrepancy. They wouldn't allow me to close the rental an pay till manage returned. After being forced to wait 15 minutes and their refusing to allow me to finalize and pay for rental I left. Canceled my credit card used to initiate the rental. Filed complaint with corporate. Had to wait 30 to be assisted when I arrived also. 5 employees present. Only one serving customers. Very poor customer service and dishonest operation. Will never recommend or use them again.
David MLet me just say, whole new training for all. Only the young man seemed to have it together. We will go to different place here at uhaul next time.

Brian JThe process of getting the trailer was horrible. I reserved it for Denver CO and after confirming the day before, I was driving 8 hours down to Denver when I received a call stating there was no trailer available in Denver and they automatically changed my reservation, without my consent, to pick up the trailer in Delta CO which is 4 hours away so another 8 hour round trip!!!! AS IF THAT WAS NO BOTHER!!!!! REALLY????? I was able to change the reservation to Cheyenne WY with 4 phone calls - 3 of which the agent hung up on me so I had to call back..... My friend rented 2 UHaul trucks 3 weeks later and it was the same issue. She called, reserved 2 trucks, 2 weeks in advance, confirmed the day before and had a call stating they could not provide the trucks. She was forced to get smaller trucks and had to return them to the same location which added mileage which they would not compensate for appropriately. Honestly, due to both these experiences, I will never do business with UHaul again.

John YMy original reservation was for Stillwater, OK. The day before pickup I was notified that Stillwater didn’t have an available truck. I was told that the closest location was in Ponca City, 43 miles away. I was given an extra rental day and some mileage, both of which weren’t used or necessary. In the end, I had to absorb the cost associated with travel to and back from Ponca City.

Tony QEmploy individuals who will remember to set up what is asked of them. (After-hours pickup to be exact) Woman that I spoke to over the phone did not set up pickup process as she said she would. My trip was delayed approximately 15 hours and I ended up having to pay an additional $100 for an Enterprise vehicle because of her mistake. When I arrived to pick up the Uhaul truck the morning AFTER my pick up date to ask what went wrong she said “Oh I completely forgot to set it up!” and laughed immediately after. It was truly a poor experience.
BROOKE RI was disappointed with the reservation system uhaul is using. I made my reservation ahead of time. The day before my pick up they call and tell me they have no trucks that I am requesting in the area. I had to go to a smaller truck and drive 150 miles oneway to get it

Jian LThis is more the customer's responsibility, but if you don't already have a way of penalizing customers for dropping off their U-Haul trucks in front of open parking spots, we hope you will implement something. We came around 5:00 pm one evening and the only parking spot left to park a trailer was mostly blocked. We wanted to be considerate and leave our trailer in a convenient spot for the next person but had to slowly back in at a tight angle without hitting the cars around.
CAMRON JI made a reservation for Blackwell Oklahoma call the day before to make sure,,,, my unit was in Pawnee which was not to far away.
