The men in the shop were so extremely nice and helpful! And the location was so easy to pick up the uhaul box truck we rented!

I found a location with the trailer I wanted available that same morning and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Very good service and very personable . Thank you.

David RTruck was dirty. Had to sweep it completely before using it. Mileage was not correctly listed. They charged me for 87 miles I didn’t use. ( an extra $87). I had reserved equipment that they did not have and sent me down the road to a Uhaul to wait another 45 minutes in line for equipment while I have moving company at home waiting for me charging me by the hour.
Courtney MThe location was closed by the time I returner the truck an hour prior to the return time. After following the return instructions I had to leave the keys in the locked box BUT there was no instruction about how to unlock the darn thing. There was a QR code nearby but it's a broken uhaul.com link. I tried calling Uhaul support but was unable to contact. I still have the keys that I will be taking back to the location tomorrow but it has added more stress on a busy day.

Krista RI had trouble returning the trailer since it was after hours. I called to let uhaul know and followed up Wednesday after seeing a text about the return being over due. I again followed up Friday and I was told it would be taken care of. I had returned it same day and the next week got a bill for " 6 days overdue ". It was extremely frustrating especially since I had called 3 times over the previous week. Thankfully Gabby in customer service was able to help me and stayed on the phone with me while she wrote up the discrepancy. Loved Gabby but very disappointed in Uhaul. Probably wouldn't use this service again.

Zhenjian PI reserved a hand truck and they didn't have any for me. I needed it to move my washer and dryer. When I returned the truck they overcharged me for mileage and processed the amount, now I have to wait to get my money back.

Aleshia SVery lengthy process because the person helping was unfamiliar with the process. We asked for a different location that was open later and it was changed because the size truck we wanted wasn’t going to be there. Pads were supposed to be included but they weren’t available at the new place so had to drive to another place . I think we ended up paying for them twice.

Mark MNo one was at the counter to help us for several minutes - longer than what was necessary and professional (10+ minutes). In the truck itself, it looked like the inside of the truck (cup holder area specifically) had not been wiped down in quite some time. Bits of trash and mail left by previous drivers. More thorough check of cleanliness would be nice.

Sammie (Sam) really made my day, I was upset after just leaving another U-Haul store that tried to over charge me for the same truck rental that I had previously just about two weeks ago that was $100 cheaper. Hamms Tire & Automotive get an A+ in my book!

Brett WIf you can't say something nice, than don't say nothing at all. Bad equipment or hook up wrong. All I know is it cost me a bunch of money and frustration.
