The major problem was they only had the truck and no blankets or dolly. This was U-Haul’s fault and not the location They were great. Tow locations did not have the other items. Should not sent a customer that cannot handle the order
Barry SI had paid for two dollys and furniture pads and none of that was in the vehicle when I picked it up. The back of the vehicle was quite dirty with loose dirt covering the floor. The lack of loading equipment made my move much more difficult and time-consuming.
