Hamms was fine. This rating is not for Hamms. This is for Crest Storage which is what's on my contract. However the exact same thing happened with the drop off as didi with the pick up. I go to drop off the truck and vehicle transport to Crest Self storage (Lewisville). As soon as I waked in the door some old guy tells me the truck can't be dropped off there ("You can't leave that here")and slips me little piece of paper with two other locations on it. Sorry, I lost it!. I went off on the guy who did not appreciate all of my colorful swearwords. Clearly, when you have a stack of papers you must send people off to these other locations regularly.

April MThe major problem was they only had the truck and no blankets or dolly. This was U-Haul’s fault and not the location They were great. Tow locations did not have the other items. Should not sent a customer that cannot handle the order
Barry SI had paid for two dollys and furniture pads and none of that was in the vehicle when I picked it up. The back of the vehicle was quite dirty with loose dirt covering the floor. The lack of loading equipment made my move much more difficult and time-consuming.
