How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was good and quick
Jose AThis Was A NIGHTMARE Rental!! I Feel I Am Owed A DISCOUNT For All Of My Issues. I Am A 70yrs Old And It Was The Worst Experience I have Ever Had In My Life Renting From UHAUL!!! IAm Not Sure I Will Ever Rent From UHAUL Or Even Recommend Anyone Using UHAUL!!! And I Rented The Week Before And Checked In On The App. And Everything Was Fine. The UHAUL System Was Down At Hamms Tire & Auto. I Could Not Even Check In On My App. I Had Requested Pads & An Appliance Dolly And This Location Did Not Have Either One Of Them. The Return Was Even Worse. Could Not Get Pictures Of The Dashboard Because Of The Led Lights. The QR Code On The Window BY The Return Slot Did Not Work. I Will Say Everyone Of Your Agents I Spoke To Were AMAZING!!!!
Teresa PThe guy that checked me in was extremely professional and kind. I’ll be recommending this location based off my experience
Tiffany PMy only feedback would be that the trucks should have a full tank of gas when you pick them up. This isn’t isolated to Hamms; I believe this should be standard practice across the board. This is not the first time I’ve rented a truck that was almost empty, and it’s frustrating to have to worry about finding a gas station immediately after picking up the vehicle.
