The service was good, and the truck worked fine. It was not swept out before I received it. I swept it out - got a dustpan full. So, please sweep out the truck - or make the previous user do it - before handing it off.Douglas U.

When you're handed a hammer to hook the back door and to unstick it says the place just wants money. They should have fixed it before giving it to us. Very happy for the higher manager who called us and helped us. He was the only good part of this trip.Lonnie B.

I explained my concerns via telephone to the associate at this location in NC. He told me it is a hit or miss whether or not customers get a newer or older truck. He explained he had no say in the matter.ERICH M.
I didn't receive a printed receipt when I paid with a credit card. I put about $50 in gas when returning the truck and only used $25. It would have been helpful for the attendant to tell me how to judge the correct amount needed which I later learned was on the receipt.Albert M.

I shouldn't be charged for bringing to truck a day late, when I brought it back an hour before I was suppose to. They saw another customer drop off theirs and thought it was mine. They were closed the day of my drop off and I even proved it with pictures; but, have YET to get my $50 refund back. Ridiculous.Jessica D.

The very nice man working there made sure to help us hook up the Uhaul and checked to make sure everything was working properly before we left. The online check in and return was a nightmare. I needed help, called the toll free line, was on hold for 43 minutes. Finally gave up. Left the truck, went hone. Returned the next day, still couldn't get anyone on the line. Also tried to chat. Still no luck. So frustrating. Finally the office opened and I got assistance. I will not be doing that again. The person at the pick up center did not update my drop off location even after I showed her a document with the address written on it. As a result, the drop off location was not aware that I was enroute to drop the trailer at their location.
