I reserved the rental truck for 10:30 but waited for them to get it ready. I didn't leave until 11:05. The constant texts from U-Haul were annoying as hell.

I would advise to clean out the back it was a bunch of dirt rocks I had to clean out before loading my things

They lied about the amount of gas that was in it and when I returned it no one came out to check the truck. In my opinion that uhaul office is the worst I've ever been to and I will never go there again.

ALI A.This location is terrible...when I arrived the truck I had reserved wasn't available so instead I had to get a bigger truck and the $50 reservation guaranteed was not honored. Upon returning the truck st my scheduled time my personal vehicle was locked inside the parking lot for this location so I had to drive the uhaul back home and return it the following morning as soon as they opened. When I arrived to return the truck I explained that I was unable to return it the night before because they locked my vehicle in the gate so I was charged for 2 days for rental fees although I didn't use the truck for 2 days. I reached out to customer service and was hung up on twice. I've used uhaul multiple times and never had these type of issues. I am highly disappointed with my experience.

ANDREW JOHN M.Customer service takes long. Brought truck back within my time frame but representative did not tell me that uhaul closes at 4:30 pm. I was there around 4:35pm. They took key and did not check the truck. They said someone will do it in the morning. No paper Givin to me after I returned. I don't want to be charged extra fees. Representative was nice and kind when dealing with me.
MOHAMED ABDUL-SA N.My pick up time was at 9:30am, when I arrived the staff had to call someone else to assist me. Waited 20-30 mins to get the truck. The doors were not in the best condition ( had to literally slam the door twice for it to securely close). The staff was very unorganized, when I brought the truck back I had to wait again. The guy wanted me to just drop the keys off and he'll reach out to me if any issues with the truck arise. I asked him to inspect the truck completely while I was there, being that I went less than 25miles and brought the truck back in the same condition. I did not want any call later saying there was damage or be charged for anything. I would not recommend this location.

FADI S S.The interior of the pickup truck was in an abhorrent condition. There were food crumbs, trash and food slops all over everything. There were long black hairs stuck to the sticky slops of who knows what liquid? Quite possibly it was spit. The worse thing was that the previous renter had smoked inside with the windows up making the whole truck (and in turn our clothes) stink of rancid tobacco for the three hours we were in it - they had even ashed out their cigarettes in the cup holder. As if this wasn't enough the gas tank was so empty that the light was flashing.. We just couldn't believe it and wE will NEVER rent anything from this location again. I took pictures of everything described here and am happy to send them to your office.

MICHAEL S.The truck needs a tune up. Especially the transmission needs to be check... I didn't like dropping the keys in a drop box during business hours. I like to deal and complete things face to face. And my reservation was for pick up truck and I had the large bedroom truck.

Salah Mothar R.The improvements I'm suggesting are Customer service classes, to all those employees. There is no organization. They charge me for an extra day and I was there but 24/7 locators said the truck had to been parked across the street in there lot which I could get in and nobody told me that the office in which I rented truck where they brought it to the door to check out. So I gave the key to associates and they lied to me a said they would take care of it. Then falsely charges my card. Communication Could have solved all this. There tone and attitude was so unconcerned and like so what didn't want to help me and I really felt disrespected I still held my composure with dignity and self respect in that public place I wait for 1hr for them to help because it was unorganized and customers are shouting and saying where is the line and they just hand picking the loudest customers to help them first. No social distancing and smells like rats in the building because the place wasn't clean and fowl order while I was waiting for them to find someone who knew how to enter uhaul truck and rent like I stated before I couldn't get on website in the beginning because I found out after that you have to be in the lot across the street

When I said I needed documentation of when the vehicle was dropped off; a colleague went through the process with him. He then went out to vehicle checked mileage and gas; noted time and gave me a receipt.

Hisham D.the two guys that helped me where helpful and nice but it took 2 hours, i was charged more than i was suppose to be (ended up being refunded), the truck was super dirty in the cab, found tobacco and marijuana residue in the cup holders, found a small joint in the door jam. it smelled like marijuana. i had to clean up dirt and some sort of dried spill.

erin A.Check out took way too long. Employee didn't know what they were doing. Truck had almost a half tank less fuel in it than what was noted on the check out sheet. It had 30 miles till empty, sheet said it was just below a 1/2 tank. So I had to fill up the truck before I could even go anywhere, return it with too much gas, and then argue with the employee when I returned the truck over the gas even though I brought it to their attention when I checked out and they claimed to correct the sheet so that when I returned there'd be no problem. Overall this was a terrible experience; it cost me an extra $15 in gas, I had to argue with the employee, and it took forever. I only go here because it's close to my house.
Bruno L.My equipment was dirty and they gave me dirty furniture pads. Calling 1-800-go uhaul didn't help either. Very bad experience.
Leviticus C.Apparently the uhaul system was down. I had to wait in the store for 90 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to be able to get my truck. They could not get in contact with the field manager, they couldn't locate a different truck. There was only one person in the store helping us. He was trying but it was ridiculous that I had to wait so long. I tried to call customer service and was placed on hold. I finally was able to get my truck but there was a gentleman there before me that was still waiting.
