I reserved the rental truck for 10:30 but waited for them to get it ready. I didn't leave until 11:05. The constant texts from U-Haul were annoying as hell.

I would advise to clean out the back it was a bunch of dirt rocks I had to clean out before loading my things

JI-NETTA V.They were rude. I had to walk around and find the truck because they just gave me the keys and walked away it was dirty in the inside and the back. They lied about the amount of gas that was in it and when I returned it no one came out to check the truck. In my opinion that uhaul office is the worst I've ever been to and I will never go there again.
