David CDealing with one place that the vehicle was supposed to be at, that wasn't there, then going to another place that affected the image. I didn't want to do the 24/7, wanted to deal with a human being. So, not happy with U-haul the corporation, not the location

Jesse CBe more thorough inspecting the turned in of vehicles. Make note of what the last customer reported about the performance of the truck. At first I was assigned a truck with the " check engine" light on. I informed the attendant who happened to be on the phone about the issue. The attendant was speaking on the phone about the truck issue. After the call ended I informed my concerned to the attendant and he promptly switched the truck. The new truck had no issues. That's great customer service.
Tomas MThe wind shield was cracked and also the truck was was very noisy and sound like something wrong with it I am lucky it made it to Arizona I would not recommend a truck rented from there again I should receive a refund the truck was in bad shape
Wilma HH&H was amazing to work with. He was very accommodating with our crazy schedule and weather conditions. Would highly recommend this rental location to others.

Robert WSupply the reserved dolly with truck and provide all dealer locations with full selection of boxes. Training on dealing with public would be helpful also. Bad attitude and not helpful personnel.
Tom GI with here to return the truck got there on time to return truck tried to return truck on website couldn't get it work after almost a hour of trying finally got it to work to find out I was trying to be charged another day of rental plus mileage when I was told I wouldn't be charged no extra
John CMake sure you clean the equipment and rental before another customer uses it. When you say you are issuing a partial refund then do so but don't lie and then leave the customer cleaning a mess that isn't theirs to prevent them extra charges.

Blain TThe truck was absolutely filthy inside and out. The check engine light was on when picked up, turned off 2 days later. There was a lot of damage unmarked. Being only 200 miles or less from completing my trip, the heater quit working and it was 109° outside. The last thing I wanted to do was wait for someone to show up with another truck and then move the belongings, we had already been on the road 5 days. I've used Uhaul multiple times in the last 13 years and this experience has left me very displeased.

Lezlie CI don't have any suggestions for improving, for this location. The owner of the business at the drop location was very helpful, when I phoned him with questions, prior to me renting the tow dolly. He was also very helpful, on previous occasions, when I dropped a tow dolly, or had questions about renting a truck.
