The truck's battery was dead when we went to pick it up. Customer service via a phone call was wonderful and sent out roadside assistance. However, we got the truck jumped ourselves and cancelled the RA. We ended up being 1 hour behind on our plans due to this.
Nicholas HI called them 10 times over 3 days and never got a person? I arrived for drop off almost 2 hours before they were supposed to close? Nobody there. No phone service. So we never talked to a person? Don’t know if they are good, bad, or just having an issue?
BRETT HI found the main Nashville Tennessee office to be outstanding in customer service in making my experience a red carpet treatment.. The accommodation level of the staff was by far the best I have ever experienced and their ability to relax me during the stressful environment of moving during Dangerous icy weather will never go unrecognized by my opinion of the U-Haul corporation and I highly recommend their services
