1) The worker at H&A Gas Station was incredibly rude and made me wait for service till after half dozen customers were serviced to get thru paperwork. And then wait again for several customers till he got around to getting me the packing blankets. He should have had them in truck already since I ordered them when I placed order. 2) Cargo area of truck was very sticky, had to take a pail of hot water and mop to clean before using. 3) When I brought back truck early, with gas replaced at his station, he said I will check truck out, "When I get around to it". He said he would send me email. After 4 hours still didn't see anything so we came back to to station and requested final bill. He sent and I couldn't read on phone. Eventually took a picture of screen. Overall truck was fine, although cargo area not clean, moving helpers were great but the gas station attendant turned me right off ever using U haul again.

Was trying to get the van and the whole time another guy was vacuuming couldn't hear anything. Plus I couldn't even get gas there because pump's were getting worked on. Won't be back there again.

DARRELL SThe truck that was rented from this location needed a front end alignment. The gas gauge was also broken and resulted in myself putting in more than a quarter tank extra than what it needed at the end of the ride. Even though it was a faulty tank, I was still told that the extra money put in was on me and there was nothing that could be done. Will not be renting from this location again, especially considering there are several other U-Haul centers downriver.
anthony bWas told to fill truck with gas to level at pickup. I added $10 gas which made the level above at pick up. I have photos to show gas love; at pickup and return. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and they gave me the run around I had to go in and show them the photos. They then agreed to issue a refund but never did.
ROLF ETruck was not ready on time; we selected mobile pick up but no keys were in the lock box so we had to wait. Then the truck was nasty had food in it from the last person!

James PThey cheated me $42 dollars in gas. I took a picture before and after of gas. Even though the tank was slightly more filled when I returned it they charged $12 for gas and $30 fueling charge. This place is not only crooked but rude as well. Never again.

PAMELA OThis is the second time I have rented trucks this month from this location. Both times when i showed up I had to go move box trucks to get the one i rented, I dont feel I should be responsible to move there vehicles before I can Leave. Also both vehicles I rented smelled horrible like Weed and cigarettes, my kids complained the whole time we were in the trucks. I will not be going back to this location.

regina pThe truck needs a front end alignment. There were ashes in the ashtray. I don't smoke and had to deal with that smell. It took me about 20 minutes of driving to figure out how to keep the truck between the lines.

Craig PSmaller guy with curly hair was really rude to me, and my girlfriend for no reason . Had the truck he gave me blocked in by 3 then didn’t wanna move it after for me, then did a little but it was still blocked in and I don’t drive big trucks, he said he or you guys never drive or park those trucks either and I just said I didn’t wanna damage the vehicle even tho I did put the insurance on it. Just need someone more helpful, just at front who was cool was just busy and has helped me before with no problem
