I am being charged $64 dollars for a “damage/missing” fee when I did no damage to the truck and it had nothing to take or misplace. I wonder if they pull this truck on everyone.

DARRELL SThe truck that was rented from this location needed a front end alignment. The gas gauge was also broken and resulted in myself putting in more than a quarter tank extra than what it needed at the end of the ride. Even though it was a faulty tank, I was still told that the extra money put in was on me and there was nothing that could be done. Will not be renting from this location again, especially considering there are several other U-Haul centers downriver.
