Trailer returned on Wednesday the 15th - rental was until the 16th. Was told by attendant that he had the info for the trailer and that he would handle the turn in and I would be notified of the completion of the return via email. It took 2 days and contacting customer support to ensure that the return was completed and the account was closed out to prevent additional charges.Sean M.

Your web site says the size truck we rented would hold furniture for a one bed room apartment. It did not hold all of it. We had to get a personal truck & trailer to haul the rest. We rented the uhaul to avoid taking a trailer. If we would have known we had to use a trailer, we never would have rented the uhaul. It turned out to be a waste of our money. Never again.Lisa A.

The vehicle I reserved was ready to go when I arrived and was on my way in about 30 minutes. This place was a auto repair center and the sales person was not as experienced completing the agreement online so another worker had to come complete for her. When dropping off the unit in lincolnton Georgia the customer service was awful. The young man did not know how to unhook the trailer or how to give me a receipt. He called his boss who had gone to pick up some oil for help.theresa B.
I was not informed of hours of operation, therefore it was a confusing event actually returning this truck all the way in Lincolnton, Georgia. Someone finally used his cell phone to help in the return of the truck. Maybe you can be more thorough in explaining drop off to places that may look abandoned and or closed for business.Beverly W.
